I recently switched from a veterinary hospital in Dublin to Himler Veterinary Services. I cannot say enough about how happy I have been with the change! Dr. Himler is young but she is incredibly knowledgable and I fully trust her with my animals. Here is a summary of my experiences so far: - I found this animal hospital because I received a quote from my previous vet that stated it would cost between $630-$960 for a basic teeth cleaning. There is anesthesia involved so I figured it would be relatively expensive; however, this quote was astronomical. I called my cousin, who is an intern for a vet in Michigan, and he said I should definitely look elsewhere. I visited Dr. Himlers office after receiving a much more acceptable estimate (in line with what my cousin told me to look for) and was totally impressed by the pristine appearance of her office. Her receptionist, Sam, is a total sweetheart. Its nice because she works there daily and I appreciate having the same contact person each time I call. They followed up with me multiple times after my dogs procedure and my dog had fully recovered from the procedure by the very next day. Her breath has been great and I feel much better knowing that she is much healthier now. -My second experience came this past week when my indoor/outdoor cat was attacked by another animal and ended up with an injury on her back. My wife and I were on the way to the hospital because she was in labor when I noticed the injury. My mother in law was staying at our house and she was able to take the cat into the office that day. Dr. Himler treated our cat on the spot and gave her a two week antibiotic and a 24 hour pain medication. Total cost - $61. It provided great peace of mind knowing that I would not have to deal with it when I got home from the hospital. I have been totally impressed by this practice and am so glad I found them. If you are in the market for a new veterinarian, I would highly recommend Dr. Himler.

I was overwhelmed with the awesome experience I had with Dr. Himler and her technician. My daughter was literally having a baby when I noticed that my daughters cat had an abcess on her back. I called the office and was immediately seen. I had my little granddaughter in tow and the doctor was so sweet to myself, my granddaughter and my grandkitty. She treated the cat with minimal cost and little hassle. The doctor helped make an extremely stressful situation much less so and I would highly recommend her services to anyone*** I have worked in the animal health industry as a practice manager for a successful veterinary hospital for 23 years. I know what I am talking about ;)

She is exactly what you would want in a vet. She has the interest of the dogs in mind. Without up selling you on product, or performing things that do not need done. When I have inquired about pricing I have been given explanation and options. Fantastic young professional. The reason for the 4 star and not a 5 has nothing to do with quality of care. The hours of operation make it difficult for me personally to work around my work schedule. They close before I can ever be home from work.

What a fantastic clinic. Dr. Himler and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. First-class care. If youre unhappy with the other providers in the area (or even if youre not), you should give Himler Veterinary Services a try. The charge for my visit was affordable, and the rate they quoted for vaccinations was reasonable. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

I had to have my 15 year old kitty put down and they were incredible with him. They gave him a shot so he would go to sleep, then let him sleep in my arms for several minutes before coming back to put him down. I will always be thankful that my babys final memory will be cuddled in his mommas arms. Thank you so much for taking the time to make his final moments/memories peaceful and safe.

TERRIBLE. Lied to me on the phone, incorrectly weighed my dog, charged me rediculous fees, and have "required tests" that...surprise surprise come at a nice little cost (and arent necessary according every other vet Ive ever talked to). This was the worst experience Ive had with a business in my entire life. Stay away!

Great place to take my pets. I appreciate the hours of operation. Matilda my 1 yo Yorkie was spayed and you cannot even see a scar! I even recommend the drive from as far away as Bellefontaine. Highly recommend.
