We have a small farm and live 5min from there office, so that being said I would rather use this office for vetting but, Multiple times weve had less then poor customer service, and the women in the office are a bit rude. Every time we call for a question or a little help no one knows anything and cant help! Just called to get a health certificate to travel with my healthy horse and they tell me it will be a week and a half wait even know he had all his shots, not to mention again Im only 5 min up the road and takes maybe 10 min to check out the horse!! Staff is just rude and not helpful...
