I was informed by this doctor that I have a serious back condition that required 3 treatments a week costing $60 a visit for 4 months. I informed her that I do not make nearly enough money to pay for that. She got very rude with me saying that I must do it if I wish to get my back fixed. So after a back scanner and X-rays (about an additional $200) it was the "proof" that I was in terrible condition. After a few weeks of going nearly broke I picked up my X-rays and took them to another doctor. I was told by him that my back is fine and the x-rays do not constitute such visits. I injured my back playing golf. I went to another doctor for 2 visits and I have never felt better in my life. Overall I think this place does help people however I was scammed or perhaps improperly diagnosed. Either way, I am not ever going back. I highly do not recommend.

I have always suffered with severe sinus and allergy issues. Every year I deal with constant sneezing and waking up feeling horrible. I can say hands down, Doctor Sertell has been working on me over 2 months now and I have not had to take a single allergy pill. They say chiropractic can help with your allergies and sinuses and I was a little skeptical, but I will suggest adjustments to anyone with the same issues I had, before telling them to use a allergy pill or spray. Thank you Doctor Sertell.

Overstaffed and undertrained people work there,the Dr is a selfish woman, all about getting her money,if you have been to her then dont go back for a good while they charge you a re-exam even if the undertrained staff quotes you a cost they charge you more,I wont go back!

I have been suffering with severe migraines since I got pregnant with my son 4 years ago, since going to Dr. Sertell, for about a month and a half, I have not been getting any migraines! If youre a migraine sufferer I highly suggest trying to go and see her!

I agree- under-trained staff, not good diagnosis, and not very good adjustments. All about the money. They over charged my insurance and wouldt credit me for the full amount they received even though I had paid in total MORE than the insurance paid.
