Last summer my C5-C7 had impinged so badly on nerves in my neck, I lost the use of my arms, meaning, I could not lift them above shoulder height, nor could I turn my head, or look down, or up, or get comfortable to sleep at night. I was sent for pain management (useless) and physical therapy (helped briefly but it could never stick). THEN when I was at my wits end, I decided to see a chiropractor. I chose Dr. MacDonald, and he essentially saved my life. I saw him twice a week at first, then once a week, followed by physical therapy (now it stayed!) there with his therapist, and exercises at home (homework! the good kind). I have 100% movement back, I have good balance, excellent posture, a strong stride, I sleep well, and I have NO PAIN. The good doc knows what hes doing! Twenty-five plus years experience and still healing people. He is knowledgeable of human physiology, biology, and chemistry, and related diseases and disorders. He gets why people have pain; needless pain. Everything sensory comes from our spinal cords, so if you hurt, an adjustment is needed. GO SEE HIM IF YOU HAVE PAIN. He has fascinating full-color medical charts detailing the spinal/nervous system and how each nerve root that branches from the different vertebrae up and down serves our different bodily areas and systems functioning. My experience has been nothing short of excellent (I wont say miraculous but its up there; you have to do your part too) with relief every time I have needed an adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald to everyone I know who has pain -- neck, back, shoulder, arm, wherever you hurt or dont feel right. You will be so glad, so very glad. Thank you Dr. MacDonald!

I sought treatment for a pinched nerve that was causing numbness in my hand. Dr. MacDonald was very thorough in diagnosing this postpartum condition, as well as checking my pelvis alignment. The treatments plan was clear, and I began to see results through the combination of adjustments, physical therapy, and massage therapy. At every treatment, my pain was assessed and within 2 months (7 treatments) I was symptom free. Most importantly, I was given the tools for self care that will prolong good health. Overall, the staff is professional, knowledgeable and works towards your optimum health.

I went to Dr. MacDonald initially to treat my back that I injured at the gym. Dr MacDonald is great. I was having intense hip pain for about 6 months, went to 3 Drs, including Slocum, and two different PTs. Nothing helped nor could they tell me what was wrong with me. After 5 visits I was completely pain free. I referred one of my friends and she had the same results. I would highly recommend Dr MacDonald, he is a miracle worker.
