The people here is what makes this place amazing. They give your pet the very best care and truly do it with heart. They always smile and pet my animals when I take them in and spend time with the pet. A couple times I have bumped into a staff person from here in different places in the community, not only do they say hello but the remember my dog and ask about him by his name. There arent enough words to describe the gratefulness I have for Mt. Hood Pet Medical. They truly are a blessing to animals and their mommies and daddies.

My family has taken our animals here for years and we always get great service. The front desk is always professional and warm. I took both my cats in for a check up recently and saw a vet who was an older gentleman (cant remember his name) he took great care of my cats and made them feel very comfortable. He knew my older cat was very nervous at first and knew how to calm him down for his exam. I highly recommend them.

All the staff here are amazing. Bailey loves to go to the Vet because of the way the staff here treats her. They are caring professionals that really want to take the best care of Bailey who has allergy issues. The followup is reassuring to know that once you leave the office you are not forgotten. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for care for their pets. You wont be disappointed.

Very professional and clean environment. Friendly customer service from all staff members; from assistants to doctors. My furbaby is in safe and certified hands when we visit. This is our pets general practitioner so to speak.

They have good customer service. However, you pay for it! An example is their cost for Rabies (3 years) Kennel Cough/Bordetella and Dhppv (3 years) shots is $180. In comparison, Stark Street Animal Clinic is $75.
