I had been having a bad asthma attack throughout the week and I thought that I also had a sinus infection. Since it was Sunday, my normal doctors office was not open so I decided to go to the Immediate Care facility in McMinnville, Oregon. BIG MISTAKE! The receptionist and nurse were very pleasant to deal with, however, the doctor was a quack. I told him that I was having trouble breathing because of my asthma but that I thought that I could possibly have a sinus infection since I was also having some tenderness in and around my eyes and cheekbone areas. All he did was poke and prod at my face and I told him the areas that were painful. He pretty much ignored my words and only set me up for a nebulizer treatment for my asthma, which made my heart rate increase and I felt jittery. Today, I got in to see my regular doctor and low and behold, I have a sinus infection AND bronchitis. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Immediate Care facility any time soon and I will NEVER recommend that facility to anyone.

Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The doctor obviously did not believe I was having kidney pain and told me my kidneys were located in my ribcage by my lungs. (Theyre not) The doctor used air quotes when referring to the 104 fever I had earlier that day. I was told I had a "small urinary tract infection" and sent home with some antibiotics. My parents took me to the Emergency Room the same evening when my fever spiked back up to 105. I was then admitted to the hospital where I have been for the past couple of days for a raging infection in my KIDNEYS. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will be making a formal complaint against the specific doctor.

I was seen about a month ago for an eye infection. The facility was clean and nice. The service was very friendly and quick. The staff was knowledgeable and empathetic. They properly treated me and referred me to a specialist who took my insurance (they confirmed that and schedule the appointment for me). Then, that Specialist, accurately continued my treatment to assure the demise of my infection. I had a great experience (which is rare for me in the healthcare industry) and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Easy, quick, affordable and friendly. I was curious about some of the nasty reviews but took a chance. Walked in on a Saturday with a positive attitude, filled out forms for a few minutes then waited a few minutes before being seen. Whole visit was pleasant as staff was helpful with smiles. The Doc addressed my symptoms and 24 hours later Im ready to start the work week. Thanks!

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and quick and friendly. I Loved them!! The doc who came in was a complete snob. She spent her entire check up looking down her nose at me, made zero conversation, was EXTREMELY cold toward my husband and I. I dont think she cared at all and I will NEVER visit this clinic again because of how she treated me

S Weeks

Was seen here over a weekend for a kidney infection four months ago. Records were not sent to my primary provider and now I am getting bills because they outsourced their labs to McMinnville Hospital....for hundreds of dollars? Never going back. I will drive myself to Newberg crying if I have to do so.

Clean, modern facility. I was travelling and had a bad sore throat. Entire experience was fast and pleasant. Dr. Stroud was competent and friendly, got the antibiotics I needed, in and out in 40 min. Highly recommended.
