My husbands LIFE was at stake and at the time he was being seen at Good Samaritan hospital. If he wouldnt had given up on Good Samaritan and started going to this St Johns Clinic, he would have died. The clinic referred him to all the right specialists and it came about that he had a problem that was rarely seen. And at his very first appointment the Dr. knew what was wrong with him. He came home so utterly happy because he had finally gotten an answer. Of course he had to go through the ropes of seeing specialists. And with my own personal experience there, Ive never had a problem with any of the staff, and their professional demeaner is great, and very helpful. Also when I was younger, they caught something on time for me also. I took my now adult children there and Ive been going there ever since. Also Ive always had their undivided attention whether it be the receptionist-nurses-doctors. Im grateful that I can go see a descent Doctor when Im very poor. Im grateful for the Oregon Health Plan also. Thank you St Johns Clinic. Barbara DeFazio

Dont go to this clinic. Dr Karen Erde is very disrespectful and does not listen. And she is a liar. I asked about seeing an allergist and she told me that my insurance, Care OREGON did not cover it. She lied all I needed was a Prior Authorization. She told me what to avoid. It set in motion a chain of events in which I had to put my 18 year old cat to sleep because I got so sick from allergies that I never noticed my Rowdy getting sick until it was to late. The NE Clinic on MLK was the same way. STAY AWAY

This is a government-subsidized County-administered clinic intended for lower-income / working class people. I took a family member here after they were referred here for a new Primary Care Provider, due to an urgent health crisis. We saw Rachel Collins, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) who was courteous, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities were new, secure, and the staff were professional, though not overly friendly.

I had to relocate to this clinic from the downtown clinic in order to stay with my excellent primary care doctor. The staff at this clinic has always been very respectful, helpful and responsible in regards to my health care...my questions are always answered, my health care needs always addressed and the clinic maintains a healthy, friendly and upbeat environment that makes anyone feel comfortable and important...no matter what the income-level!

Dr .Anna Pierzchala was so disrespectful. And incompetent and treated you like you were below her. She had no conclusion of why I was in pain and told me that it was mental. I could not believe the way she was. I had to get something placed and she had the RN read the instructions while doing the procedure.

Do not go here if you have any kind of serious or chronic health condition. Avoid Daniela Schlechter-Keenan, she is extremely condescending and does not put her patients needs first.

A few decent souls lurk here, but do not go for the prenatal care or health insurance services up stairs.
