I have PTSD. Finding a doctor to trust is enormously difficult. I have been treated with respect and kindness every single time I have ever gone to this facility. Every doctor, every nurse, every pharmacist, every receptionist. Every time. My words have been taken seriously and explanations have been given for every question. The facility itself is clean, dry, and comfortable. Plenty of seating is available and the waiting room bathroom is immaculately clean. MyChart makes it easy to see what I need done, and what information has been recorded. I am so very glad to see they have moved forward in modern medicine to take advantage of online programs. Doctor Benjamin Goodrum was thorough and respectful in my initial appointment, asking about everything from diet to exercise and even the small scars on my arms I dont even notice anymore. He noticed. My Tdap immunization was easy to get and Cindy went over it with me,explaining the differences between the immunizations I got in the military and the Tdap available now. The shot was even paid for, which was a relief. I can always count on Benton County Health Center to give me honest answers and good treatment.
