I cannot speak highly enough about this place. We found a lump on our kittys jaw and even though they were booked for the day they were able to fit us in for an appointment that morning. We unfortunately found out that he has a terminal jaw tumor and needed palliative care. Every single person in the office has been so compassionate and kind through this entire process. They are wonderful with our cat and with us. The whole staff has been very patient with all of our many questions and helped us figure out meds and food. We truly feel cared for and I will be recommending Lombard Animal Hospital to anyone who will listen!

Lombard Animal Hospital is wonderful. We took our elderly, blind, diabetic chihuahua there for years and felt at ease knowing she was in good hands with Dr. Nell and the staff. Dr. Nell was always incredibly caring, knowledgeable and made every effort to take care of our sweet Ella in the final stages of her life. My husband and I will always be grateful to have had a vet we could truly trust with such a precious little life. I highly recommend for anyone currently seeking quality care for their pets.

Weve got both our dogs here regularly...friendly and knowledgeable office staff that work with our pet insurance, and all the vets are great. Weve seen them all at this point! If your pet wasnt "Portland" enough, take them to Dr. Nell for a holistic approach and acupuncture. Ive seen cats, rabbits, and various other small pets here...though I dont think they do chickens, so not THAT Portland!

The vets are knowledgeable and caring. But the support staff, oh my! Passive-aggressive, judgemental and just downright rude. Not a pleasant experience for me or my pet, we gave up and moved on. Theres much better places where the support staff as well as the animal doctors are awesome. Not recommended.

I love this place, they treat me and my animals like family. Reasonably priced and their vets always have smiles on their faces. It is nice to walk into a place where the employees are happy to be there.
