I can not even begin to describe how amazing this clinic really is. I have had to take both my cats once and they have been the best at handling the situations in each case. I usually dont leave reviews for my life experiences, but these guys deserved it and I would be the worst client if I didnt after the experience with my male cat yesterday. He did not want to be touched and kept freaking out and actually attacked one of the techs that was so helpful all day, and they finally were able to get him and find the issue that was causing him to be upset to begin with. Dr. Brent, Caitlyn, Lori and everyone else were exceptional at handling the situation and was so helpful during the entire debacle that lasted longer then they should have been there. Kitty is all better and walking around again, all happy as can be all thanks to these guys and what they put up with. I can not say it enough, THANK YOU!!!

Animal Care Clinic has been our choice for veterinary services for over 12 years now. The vets are caring and take the time to answer questions, offer advice and I never feel rushed out when I have my pet in for an appointment. The vet techs are very good at their jobs, they are also very caring and tailor their care to what makes the pet most comfortable. Ive had some very bad experiences with other vets when dealing with prior cats Ive had and I am super in tune to how my cats are treated and how my cats react to care. I also currently have a cat who is particularly hard to handle as he hates being held and ACC gets gold stars from me! Especially Rachel who deals with him with care and compassion, yet firmness--she does what needs to be done. Ive recommended several friends and family members to them and feel they are a great choice for the care of any furr-babies.

The first time I used this vet, I realized that they were the best. In 2006, I brought in two animals from a animal rescue. I was given every discount they could come up with. In 2007, this vet figured out my older cat had Renal Kidney failure. They gave me the tools to make the last 3 years of his life very comfortable. They invest in good tools and treat your animals with respect.The office staff are super friendly and always have a smile for you. Like a previous review said, they have a really good selection of special diet food on hand. I will willingly drive 30 minutes to use this clinic....always! :)

I took my dog for grooming with Vivian on Sunday 2/19/17 for a 12p appt, I need it to make sure he was ready before 4pm because i had plans to watch a movie at 425pm. Animal Care Clinic was very accommodating and they actually made sure he was ready. I got a call from Vivian in the grooming dpt and told me he was going to ready by 315pm. My dog was very well groomed and smelled great, thank you Vivian you are the best. All the staff is great and friendly and always make sure to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

This is one of the best Vet clinics I have ever taken my animals to. Dr. Debbie Husband is such a great, caring, knowledgeable vet that sincerely cares for your animals well being. Her PT staff is fantastic ! I take my dog, Dakota, there for weekly water treadmill/cold laser treatments, after spinal surgery...and it has helped him immensely ! The best place to take your pets. Weve been customers for 15 plus years & would never consider going anywhere else. Always friendly, they check in on your ill pets to make sure their getting better. They do research on the difficult cases that come up from time to time. All the staff really care. They call you by your first name, you are truly welcomed here. Youll never find a better place to take your pets.

Ive been using this veterinary clinic for about 4 years now & I couldnt be happpier. The vets and assistants are so kind N knowledgeable. I never have to wait more than 5 min when I have a scheduled appointment, not to mention when I call with any concern they always get me in the same day! They take the time to answer any and all questions regarding the health and welfare of my pets and always make time to see them when I feel we have an urgent issue to address. I was exceptionally impressed with this clinic. I have dealt with 4 vets in the past two months and this was the first office to follow up and see how my pet was doing. They seem to genuinely care about your animal and are willing to do whatever they can to help. I will continue bringing my pet to this clinic, it was a very positive experience!

Staff took time to explain the surgery. All staff is very gentle and entertained Aesir while doctor was answering our questions. Facility was immaculate. Dr spent time to watch Aesir walk and recommended more exercise. Didnt charge us for his time. Wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend Animal Care Clinic for all pets needs.

Our Cavalier was in for a routine check up when the doctor detected a lump in his abdomen. He had immediate surgery to remove his spleen. Fortunately non cancerous but this saved his life. He is back to normal. The staff has always treated him as special. He actually like going to the Animal Clinic for treats.

Im so happy that I took my dog in to see the doctor! I read the reviews and am so pleased with the staff and the kind and loving environment. The monthly program is affordable and the visit was much less than I expected. I look forward to future care with these great people. My baby dog lived them as well.

I have been going to Animal Care Clinic for several years and have never had a bad experience. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. When one of my dogs was seriously ill Dr. Westerhoff called me at home over the weekend to check on her. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely Fantastic. We had kind of a emergency. They let us in a little early. The staff is great did what they could before Dr. Showed up. Suzanna was very informative and walked us thru pricing as we went. Thank you so much for being awesome and compassionate thru our difficult time. God Bless

I cant believe how sweet everyone was here! My dog threw up on the way and they even offered to clean it up! He also had diarrhea literally all over the room, and they cleaned it and didnt make me feel bad. Im so glad that we chose this clinic! Im very thankful! Above and beyond service!
