I sat for over an hour and a half in urgent care to be seen for an infection in my finger. The nurse finally came in and stated that she wants to send me to X-Ray (I can assure nothing is broken in my finger...and Im a single mom without insurance) I will not beven having an X-Ray for unnecessary reasons, and I will never return to this facility. I am now being told to soak my inflamed, swollen and infected finger into warm salt water. Thank you for charging me for absolutely nothing.

I had the opposite experience from the other Google reviewer. Patra Murdock FNP was very unpleasant to be seen by. She delivered bad news in an unprofessional manner with no empathy. The first thing she said to me was "Where does it hurt?" without even acknowledging me as a person first. Rad Tech was wonderful (Casey).

The doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing, but the receptionists are incredibly unprofessional. They were consistently talking to each other over me and had zero concern about my needs.
