How hard is it to send an order to the correct lab? Apparently nearly impossible. I asked for the order to go to an outside lab at my appointment. I called and asked the day off my lab appointment and was told by OMG it was sent to their lab by mistake and would be correctly sent before my appointment. It was not. So I set another appointment, was told my order would be there by OMG, and the day of the second appointment I stayed on hold for fifteen minutes with no one getting back to me before I hung up and called back. Finally got it faxed. If they cant figure out where to send a lab order, why should I trust them with my life? All this is after I saw the PA, who was incredibly unhelpful and gave me almost no advice other than "eat fiber, get these labs, see you in six weeks." How professional of her.

Billing department wouldnt give me a quote. Do they really think wed agree to a procedure without knowing how much it will cost, then get stuck with an outrageous bill?
