I have been going to Verber Family Dentistry for several years and always recommend it to friends who are looking for a new dentist. The front desk is very helpful, working around my families schedule and they are very personable over the phone. They never hesitate to find answers about my insurance or questions that I have. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. I see several hygienists, all who take the time to get to know me and my dental needs. I have never felt pressured into any treatment or felt rushed throughout the appointment. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make recommendations and talk about any issues they may find. The dentists remember us individually and always ask how my family is doing. Knowing they care about us personally and professionally makes going to the dentist more enjoyable. We had a family member have cosmetic work done by Dr. Verber and it turned out incredibly. I would recommend him for any type of cosmetic dentistry you are looking for. Their new building is beautiful and the rooms are always clean. I feel safe being treated there and highly recommend the office for adults AND children!

Ive been seeing Dr. Stephen Verber since 1976. Even though I moved from the area, I still make the 2 hour trip to keep Dr. Verber as my dentist! Its wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care providers office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if Im having an emergency. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. Maria and Nicole have been with the practice for years and are great. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. I schedule appointments for my 88 year old mother and myself so they coordinate. The staff is great accommodating the two of us and very patient with my mother. Because of impending bad weather, I had to cancel our appointments last minute. I called the office on a Sunday morning. I left a voicemail expecting a call the following day. Nicole returned my call within the hour. Theres no question I would recommend this provider to anyone!

After neglecting my teeth for the better part of 20 years I was extremely reluctant to visit a dentist, knowing full well I would need major reconstructive work. A co-worker recommended Verber Family Dentistry after hearing from her friend that they were very professional so I made an appointment. After meeting with Dr. Rother and working with Christy on a treatment plan I am finally beginning the process and I couldnt be happier. I can honestly say that I look forward to every visit and have been treated so well by everyone there. The staff is incredibly gracious, understanding, and so welcoming during each and every visit. Dr. Either is a true professional, very concerned with the quality of his work and his patients satisfaction. While I have no other dental practice to compare them to, I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. I cannot wait to finish my treatment plan, and, to finally smile again with confidence Thank you everyone at Verber Family Dentistry, I have, and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know! The care is wonderful, but Ive never seen a medical practice better at playing the healthcare game. I used Verber as half of my care team on a dental implant. I was never given what a clear understanding of what they would be charging me and why. Only after I complained many times did they realize they had over-billed me by $600. They cut me a check but offered no explanation or apology. They repeatedly submitted my insurance claims to my wifes insurance (of course they were denied), despite us trying to correct the problem on multiple occasions. They recently stopped participating with United Concordia, a huge dental insurer. In doing so, they pushed the paperwork and task of handling the transaction with the insurance company back on the patient. This does nothing except improve their margins and cut their overhead. I once again want to stress that the care has been great, but as a business they represent the very worst of healthcare.

Dr Verber and his team are absolutely fantastic. When I first went to Dr Verber I was terrified because it has been more than 4 years since I visited the dentist while I was in college and I knew I had a lot of issues. He and his staff made me feel at ease instantly. They didnt judge me, they just took their time and we worked on a plan of action to give me a healthy, happy mouth! The work I needed was extensive - pulling teeth, getting a large bridge, and multiple crowns. It was the overall best decision Ive made in my entire life. I have no pain, a beautiful smile, and a much better quality of life. Before I had my work I couldnt even eat a piece of pizza without cutting it up! I owe a lot to Dr Verber and his awesome team and would recommend them to anyone having issues, big or small!

I have never come across such a wonderful staff. The ladies at the front desk already know me by name and their customer service skills are above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Murray is my Dentist and she is wonderful. She works with my late work schedule and is so accomodating. Last week I suddenly lost one of my pets. It happened around midnight on Monday and Tuesday I had a dentist appointment that I just could not bring myself to go to. I called and let them know that I wouldnt be in due to the loss of a pet. Today I got home to a card from them. I am honestly so touched and I have never met such an amazing group of individuals. I am so glad my boss referred me to Verber! (Added bonus, their office has the most beautiful view!!)

Been a patient of the family dentistry for the past 8 years and they have always exceeded my expectation. The staff is warm and friendly and seem to be sincere in caring for my dental health. I have had several different hygienist/doctors within the practice and all are professional yet remain personable; often remembering our past conversations. I personally feel that kind of customer service is lacking in todays fast past culture, so Its always a pleasure to see some companies still understand the importance behind its customer service delivery system. Basically, Brush your teeth and trust Verber Family Dentistry to take care of anything that may come up along the way.

Verber Family Dentistry is very professional, up to date technology, wonderful support staff, and the best view of the creek ever! I broke a tooth and they got me in quickly to clean out the 50 year old filling and install a temporary crown. They have extended hours and are open on Saturday. This makes it very flexible to make an appointment. You wont go wrong if you are looking for a family dentist! Steve and Michael Verber are both very active in our community with the Cumberland Valley S.D. , Eagle Foundation and youth basketball to name a few. Nice people.
