I was referred to Dr Frame and Fix ur pet by a friend after two veterinarians closer to my area expressed a grim outlook about large mass was found in my two year old cane corso. Both previous practices had all but completely written off my furkids condition to cancer that probably wasnt fixable. Dr Frame ran some thorough testing and decided that she thought surgery was an option. Come to find out that it was not cancer at all but a twisted spleen and blood fill up creating the large mass in my dogs abdomen. We removed the mass and my dog is almost back to normal. Throughout the process the staff was second to none. You could tell that this wasnt just a job for them but that they genuinely care about you and your Pet. I truly believe that this practice saved my dogs life and I couldnt be more thankful that I found it. I have never come across a more thorough vet, or a more personable Staff. Not only would I recommend this place, I would go as far as to insist that if your dog is sick, go here and get Dr Frames opinion before making any decisions. The price was also fair if not a little less than the majority. I literally cant say enough good things about them. As I dont think my dog would be here today if it wasnt for Dr Frame and her practice.

The prices are reasonable,however the customer service is very poor. I requested when the neutering appointment was made a week prior that my credit card be charged and then the day of there were additional charges which I was made aware of and was fine with paying and also requested the amount be charged to me. Upon pick up my father was charged instead of me.when he called back to question why he was charged instead of me he heard an employee in the background say"these people are pissing me off". This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!!!when my father apologized for "pissing them off"the lady said it was another customer they were referring to. Regardless of whomever was upsetting them it is inappropriate to speak in that manner in front of paying customers. If a simple question upsets them I hate to think of what happens if there is an uncooperative animal in their care!

I was looking at a $1200-$1600 bill with the only vet office that would even work with me as far as payment. They also were going to make my cat wait 4 addition days with pyomerta, which is life threatening, to do surgery. Fixurpet was AMAZING. The people were very helpful and friendly. They did addition things such as ear cleaning and nail training etc and worked with my financial situation.

This is a wonderful vet! The staff is excellent and the vet is great with animals. She actually got down in the floor and played with my dogs to make them feel more comfortable while she did the exam. This is an excellent place to bring tour animals.
