As others have said this is a great overall clinic. I drove out of my way on the reference of a friend and I was not disappointed. The whole staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and really cares about animals. Another great thing was their prices. Not only were the prices lower but they also didnt have many procedures listed as "mandatory" in order to treat your pet. I had gone to a vet before who had a few mandatory procedures and duplicate procedures that would have raised my cost by about $200 for the same treatment as this vet. Another thing to note is dont be discouraged by the $38 visit fee (they dont offer free consolation). I know that many vets have an initial free consultation but that is a marketing gimmick to get you in the door so they can charge you an arm and a leg. Trust me when I tell you that Heroes will come out WAY cheaper when all is said and done. I have been to quite a few vets in this area and I can guarantee you that they have the lowest prices for a quality vet. If your still a doubter I recommend another test. Go check out other vets and see which other ones literally list the price of procedures on their website or tell them to you straight over the phone. 90% dont do this because its a business tactic that helps bring in more money. Heroes literally has their prices out in the open (website needs to be updated prices are slightly higher now then listed). This tells you that they arent in it to maximize profit but are there because they really do have your pets best interest in mind.

When I worked as a manager at Petco, I used to refer pet parents to this little vet that operated next to a groomer around the corner from us because I always heard such great things about them. Then I had my own wonderful experience with them that has made me a customer now for 9 years. I witnessed a woman dumping a dog out of her car in an abandoned parking lot. I turned my car around immediately and picked the animal up. He looked like death. Completely neglected, horribly mangled with an oozing wound on its side. I rushed the pup to the this vet that I had heard so many wonderful feedback and only then did I realize why they were called Heroes. Dr Vijuan was simply amazing. The care and immediate attention that she gave to this poor animal brought me to tears. She took him into surgery that day and saved a life with nothing in it for her than her own compassion and need to help animals. She then placed this pup in a wonderful home with a friend of hers where he lived like a king. Fast forward to 2017 and I got a new puppy and have taken her to Dr V a few times now. They have a gorgeous brand new building on Commercial Blvd and Dr V and her staff are still simply amazing. The best part is that a visit here will never break the bank, they are still as affordable as ever. I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of vet care for their fur babies! Dr Vijuan is our Hero!!

I have brought multiple cats to this vet over multiple years. After having a horrendous experience at another vet who was pushing for my geriatric cat to have surgery, I thankfully found Heroes. Dr. Goldblatt said exactly what I had thought...he most likely wouldnt have survived it because he was so frail. The other vet was pushing just so that they could bill me a couple of thousand dollars...even if my poor old boy didnt make it through it. Sadly, we ended up having to put him down, but Heroes made the ordeal as bearable as possible. I have brought both my other male and female cats here and they never push multiple expensive foods, etc. on me. Theyre very truthful and honest and dont seem to price as highly as some other vets do. Thankfully, they also accept Care Credit, so its a perfect combination of reasonable prices and being able to finance through this credit card.

Horrible! This is the worst vet I have ever been to with incompetent vet techs, and doctors that dont know anything. The desk has a very rude lady with a raspy voice to talk talk to. Cindy? I was hung up on twice, doesnt even know what common shots they have, then reported me to the shelter for not having a spayed dog. The vet techs on two occasions made my dogs leg bleed and stabbed at her leg over 5 times to find a place to inject without even cleaning the wound. The doctor also acted like my dog was from another planet not knowing anything without running countless tests. This place is also very judgemental with comments from the vets about your financial stability if you cannot pay thier full estimate, or tests they want done. Thier secretaries might be better off at a nail salon as well. Never going back. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Initially I would have had wonderful things to say as I transitioned my pets over. However, they failed to keep any records while being happy to see, treat, and bill me for bringing my pets in when it came time for me to renew any meds (heartguard and nexguard) they refused saying they didnt have records and all my dogs needed to come in. Luckily this was not the case and many other clinics did save my records and had all my prescriptions filled right away for my babies. Be very careful here as they seem great but when you need anything from them you might find yourself in a bind. Luckily Im a rescue volunteer with many vet contacts who do take their jobs seriously and maintain accurate records so all my boys got exactly what they needed in a timely fashion. No thanks to Heroes

Brought Max in after a car accident. We first took him to another clinic due to the late hour, they wanted to charge a huge fee for xrays and to keep him overnight. Their fee didnt include surgery. We had to take him home because we couldnt afford the service. The kids were distraught that there was nothing that we could do for him. When we brought him to Heroes, we were very pleased to find out that their estimate including the surgery was less than what the other hospital wanted just to keep him overnight. They examined him in the room and ran the xrays while we waited. We scheduled him for surgery the next day so they kept him overnight for a very small fee. We were excited to receive Max back after his surgery and that he will recover from this incident.

I normally don’t write reviews unless they are worth writing. I just want to say that this clinic is by far one of the BEST animal clinics that I have EVER gone too. The people who cover the front desk are knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help. The doctor is remarkable! She’s such a gentle soul with the animals. You can tell that she’s not just doing it for the money. She actually cares about the animals. When is your turn to see the doctor, she will actually take her time to make the animal feel at ease and then she proceeds with her check-up. And the price for everything is so inexpensive compared to the rest of the Vets around the area. I cannot express how grateful I am to have Dr. Frances Vaujin as my pet’s doctor. God bless her!
