This is absolutely the best Vets office i have ever deal with in my entire life. These people truly love animals and care about them. I started boarding my Rottweiler and yorkie with them 2 years ago. Their rates were excellent plus they had a yard for my Rottie to run around in and get some exercise. every time i picked him up he was very happy and in good spirits. Eventually he developed diabetes and he required medical boarding which they do being as they are a vets office. they didnt even change the price of the boarding even though he needed 2 a day shots and monitoring. Plus they provided all the supplies (except insulin). In September of 2015 i went on a trip to Dubai and during the trip they noticed he wasnt acting like himself so they had the vet examine him and they found a tumor on his spline. So they called me in Dubai to inform me that he would need surgery soon. The next day he got much worse meaning he needed the surgery ASAP. They took him in the middle of the night to an emergency surgery center so he could get the care he needed. They checked on him every day and left me messages telling me his status because the surgery center wasnt doing that. Once i returned i picked him up and unfortunately he was just too old to handle the surgery and he passed a few days later. The vet called to personally give his condolence and then the staff sent a card to my home address that i thought was extremely nice and thoughtful. SO once i was ready and bought a new puppy i will only take her to them. They still remember titan and talk about him every time i go in the office. These people are just wonderful people and i would recommend them to anyone. I dont even understand the other reviews where people complain. I think those are the people that are just never happy.

Very unfortunate experience . I didnt even make it to the doctor. I came here because the reviews online were pretty good and its super close to my place, sadly as I said I didnt make it to the DR.. So the review is not about them. The receptionist Nicole Molina knows nothing about customer service . I was standing in front of her for 25 minutes (with an appointment scheduled) and she was picking up phone calls answering questions citing me off every time the phone would ring . She gave me so much attitude that unfortunately I had to leave the Vet. I wouldnt feel comfortable at all knowing people like her is treating my dog. I asked to talk to the manager, a doctor came out and asked me to be patient and bare with him. I told him that unfortunately it wasnt about patience or understanding they are busy, but that its unreal that I havent even gotten any service and Im already uncomfortable leaving my pet there. Nicole was more focused in arguing and making a point that in helping the customer out. Go somewhere else people.

I was told that Dr. McAllister was awesome so I thought Id try this pace out. Dr. McAllister was away when I brought my dog in, so they had another doctor to cover him. After the initial exam, the doctor noticed my dogs nails were long, so he offered to have them cut. Thinking it was nice of them to offer, I said, "Sure!" When they brought her back, I noticed they had cut the quick off of three of my poor dogs nails. If I wanted a botch job, I would have done it myself. Thanks for traumatizing my dog. Im never going back to this place again.

I have been going to All Aboard since we moved to South Florida in 2003/2004. Dr. McAllister and the team are the best and most caring people! They took care of my buddy Indy in life and helped me with my two new girls after Indy left me after 15 amazing years as my friend. They have been amazing at taking my two new girls from pups to amazing 3 year old girls! Love this team and this practice! From boarding to medical care, the crew are amazing with our most loved ones! Highly recommend them for all of your furry friends needs!

I recently brought my Shiba Inu to Dr. McAllister after my dog got into a serious fight with another dog. Dr. M saved my dogs life and its hard to express all the gratitude I have for him into this text box. Their staff is kind and compassionate, and I wish them all the best. You will not be disappointed with Dr. McAllister or his staff.

My husband and I have been going to All aboard Animal Hospital since 2011 when we got our cat after having a traumatic experience at a bother vet office. The Dr and staff are friendly, caring and have the upmost professionalism. We take all 3 of our fur babies (1 cat, 2 toy poodles) to them and couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

This place is horrible. The staff are rude and arent helpful. Yorkie was found instead help find the owner. They kept the dog not letting anyone see the dog. Or tell who has the dog. The owner has the right to see the dog to know if the dog is theirs or not. Dont take your dog there
