A couple months back, my 3 yr old dog started acting strange; he was unable to walk, vomiting and collapsed to the ground, shaking uncontrollably. I took him to Gardens Animal Hospital immediately, where he is established as a patient. They ran some tests but ultimately were unable to determine what was wrong. They instructed me to video tape it and bring him back if it happened again. Well unfortunately today, it happened again. As soon as I noticed the signs I rushed him to Gardens Animal Hospital and called to let them know I was coming. I was already parked in front of the hospital when they told me over the phone to take him somewhere else. The Dr. refused to see him and suggested I go to an emergency hospital instead. I could not believe what was happening. They told me to bring him back if this happened and when I did they turned me away? It goes without saying I will no longer be trusting this practice with my dogs well-being. Thankfully my dog is better now. I only hope other people looking for someone to care for their pets will read this, to avoid being turned away in an emergency, and possibly experiencing a much more devastating outcome.

We were looking for a new place to call home for our 3 dogs 2 which are older dogs. We recently about a month ago made an appointment for our 3 dogs we went in and were amazed on how caring and loving the staff was you can see that they really care. We first saw Dr. Headricks who we loved she was personable and so nice. Our 11 year old dog rocky had a large lump on his back hind leg which was tested and came back as a mast tumor he just had surgery done today to remove it and did great. Dr. Carroll did the surgery and did an amazing job she took the time out to come in and speak with us when we picked him up. He was even wagging his tail when he came in the room to go home. The staff is amazing environment is clean and I would highly recommend this hospital. We will not be sending our babies anywhere else in the future.

Very poor Yesterday I went there with my 16 year old Dachund just to express the anal glands. (Last season I went there several times with my 2 dogs) But now they want to see at first the dogs passport with a valid Vaccination against Rabbies (Im German and we come back into the country in Nov. 2016 and so our dogs never would get into the country without this Vaccination!) that Im able to understand but second: than they wanted to examine the the dog before expressing the anal glands. Thats just moneymaking and at least not helpful for my puppy. I own her for 16 years and I know her belongings very exactly. Im so upset about this behavior that Ive to write this bad rewiew. I couldnt and wouldnt recommend the Gardens Animal Clinic to anybody. In my Homecountry such a behavior is absolutely unusual. Sigrun H.

Gardens animal hospital (Lisa the owner especially) are the sole reason our Shi Tzu is alive. Long story short our shi tzu Bristol developed a back issue which caused her to no longer be able to walk. She was in severe pain and immobile. After taking her to a neurologist, we were under the impression that we could either elect for a 6k dollar surgery or put her down. Neither of those options were possible for us. After discussing the issue with Lisa, she gave us new hope. She didnt make any promises due to the severe condition of Bristol, but with the exceptional care and follow up treatment, Bristol is back to 100%. We are truly grateful and thankful for Lisa and Gardens Animal hospital. We trust her and Gardens Animal Hospital with both of our current dogs and any future animals we will have in the future.

From the moment you walk in the door to the time you are checking out, I have to say its always a great experience. Each and every staff member is so attentive to my dog Tilly and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Ciucci and Dr. Carroll really take the time to explain everything being done and you know they truly do care! They also have an amazing groomer, Holly, who makes my little (big) pup smell and look so good each time she gets groomed! On behalf of myself and my dog, we would recommend Gardens Animal Hospital to everyone!

Dr. Ciucci and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The facility is great and my sweet dog loves the daycare!! They even send pictures as we can see her new friends.

They are good, but their prices dont always make sense. For example, they charged us for full physical when all they did is check our cats ears and weight.
