I am completely WOWd by Dr Perez an Kasey at Middle River Animal Hospital!!! From the first contact when making an appointment I could tell that we were really going to like taking Missie (our Shih Tzu) there. Kasey was so friendly on the phone and we even took a few minutes to chat about Missie and how we came to find her. That meant a lot to me because it showed that they really care about your pets and want to know them better so they can give them the best possible care. Upon arriving at the clinic, we saw a sign on the font desk that said "Welcome Missie". in big beautiful colorful letters with little hearts and cute designs on it. You just dont see that level of personal touches anywhere else. You can tell that they really love what they do and that is the kind of peole that you want taking care of your furry babies. Dr Perez and Kasey greeted us like we were best friends and we chatted for a few minutes before getting Missie ready for her exam. Dr Perez and Kasey took very good care of Missie giving her their full attention and explaining to us everything that they were doing. Dr Perez gave us a lot of valuable information about vaccinations, food, dental care and more. She is a veterinary professional that truly loves what she does and cares about your pets. Upon completing the exam, Dr Perez gave us a tour of the facilities. This is a state of the art facility with all the modern equipment available so you know they can take care of any issues that your pets may have. I just LOVE Dr Perez and Kasey and I am so happy that we found them. I will have to tell all my friends about them. If you are looking for the best pet care in South Florida, you will find it at Middle River Animal Hospital!!!

THIS is exactly how vet care should be. Dr. Perez and her staff are beyond AMAZING! I coordinated my appointment for my beloved Cannoli. He recently turned 10 and has been drinking more and peeing more. Dr. Perez suggested a regular check up and a Senior Wellness Exam. Due to conflicts, I had to cancel my appointment twice but her staff was accommodating each time. I finally was able to keep my appointment. We were welcomed by a personalized sign. We were promptly shown into a room. Cannoli is nervous. Dr. Perez and staff sat on the floor rather than making him anxious on the table. They clipped his nails for me, which was also a daunting task. We got a sample of urine and blood. Another great service that is offered is "Freshen Up Friday" and since Cannoli was nervous, sweat, drooled, etc. I paid a nominal amount to have him bathed while I was there! Dr. Perez went over initial results with me and said she would have the other results to me by Monday. This was not a high pressure vet experience that I have has in the past. I got to select/decline services without judgement. She knows her stuff and the hospital is clean! I recommend her to anyone who is tired of the status quo with their vet.

Your four legged friend not only gets the best care but you get an amazing Veterinarian, Dr. Perez who loves what she does. Her one on one personal engagement with your beloved pet puts you and your pet immediately at ease. She is passionate with loving care. Middle River is the best! I took my 10 pound ball of fur (Jeter) for vaccinations and a teeth cleaning and they did a tremendous job! I received pictures of Jeter during and after the procedure and when I picked him up he was in a great mood. Ive followed Dr. Perez from her last practice and I wouldnt take any pet of mine anywhere else. Shes a doctor who cares about every single pet that comes in and treats them like her own. Her staff cares also - Kasey is awesome and follows up at all times and makes all the paper work simple. Thanks Middle River!!!
