UPDATE*** I called Gajulas office because my daughter has not peed in over 7 hours and has a yeast infection. I was told by one of the staff Members that I would get a call back within 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before calling back and the staff member never told the doctor or anyone. TOTALLY SWITCHING! ----- If you take your children to Northeastern Pediatrics I strongly recommend you DO NOT see Chaya Shuchant NP. I made an appointment and went in to see her because My daughter had rashes all over her body. Chaya did not listen to any of my comments or concerns. She told me "I think She is allergic to Amoxicillin, but Im not sure, but Im going to write it off that she is." I was livid at the end of the appointment and what she said did not sit well with me. I decided to take my daughter for a second opinion the same day and they told me she has Roseola and explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to show me comparison photos of other babies with Roseola and my babys rashes, which looked identical. *****Side note****** 100% know my daughter had Roseola because my significant other got Roseola from her not even a week after she had it!! He has the same exact rashes she had in the same places! Dr. Gajula and Dr. Kadewari are very nice and are the doctors that can be trusted with children!

Ive been bringing my son here since birth. Always have a great experience with the doctor and staff. Dr. Wellby listens and respects me and my opinions. Never had a bad experience with the office. They are always on time, Ive only ever waited for a few minutes. They do call backs so quickly when its the middle of the night. I mean even if its 3 am they call back within 10 minutes. Also, I love that they have hours 7 days a week! Great practice. Glad my son is treated by doctors with a clue...wouldnt dare bring him to some of the other doctors around here!

Looks like Physician assistant and physicians are under constant pressure to bill extra there... Even for wellness visits 1. They unbundle and charge extra For example Physicals like Eye, EAR examination etc. though it was part of wellness and there was no preexisting illness regarding ear. 2. They double charge once for physician assistant examination and latter doctors examination the next week. Can anyone suggest me how to approach OIG, State’s Insurance Commissioner, CMS Fraud Unit and the State’s Attorney General’s office ?

Ive been going here since I was born, and Im 18 now. Theyve always given me exactly what I needed, be it advice or actual medical care. Everyone is pleasant, and overall its just a great place. Very sad I have to find a new doctor soon.

My kids doctor is great but the lady at the front desk is very mean to Me and my child Id recommend going else where if you want to be treated nice upon arriving

Loving, caring, always responsive and a great staff. They even have some early morning time with doctors on Sunday! Now thats service!

The staff who check you in are not very friendly or welcoming. The doctors and nurses however are definitely helpful and caring.
