I have been a patient for over 1 year, but I have had a significant amount of work done over this short period of time. I had multiple crowns made, including a front crown where Dr Shiff asked the lab to remake the crown three times as either the fit was not just right or the color was off slightly. The third time, Dr. Shiff asked me to visit the lab so that the lab technician could match the color perfectly. How many dentists would go to this effort as everyone involved had to commit to more time than was originally planned. I felt as though I received a level of care reserved only for a family member, however, the real answer is that Dr. Shiff is a perfectionist and he sets a high bar for performance for he and everyone on his team. I should also note that I was referred to The Schiff Dental Group through my periodontist, who originally referred me to another dentist. However, when I insisted on the name of the dentist that my periodontist used personally, only then was I provided with The Schiff Dental Group. staff is very helpful, efficient. They greet you when you come in, and dont make you long. Although the group is out of network for most insurances, they will work with you and submit a predetermination to let you know what your costs will be. Then they will take your insurance to cover as much or all of the costs the insurance allows. the clinical staff is expert and patient. Dr. Moritz and Dr. B, the lady surgeon, take the time to explain exactly what is the procedure your are going to get, why you need this, and lay out recovery follow up. Dr. B even calls you later to make sure all is ok!

We had been to two other dentists for my 2 year-old son before finding Dr. Jill at Schiff Dental Group. The other dentists said, "Children always cry at this age," even if theyd advertised that they try to help kids enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Jill makes going to the dentist fun and even magical for him (and me!)- she describes everything shes going to do, making characters and singing songs. My son leaves feeling proud of himself and taking pride in his dental hygiene. He even asks to see Dr. Jill sometimes. Also, the Schiff offices are immaculate, bright, and beautifully decorated.

Dr. Schiff has been my dentist for about a decade. I smile much more because of the outstanding work he has done during the time I have been a patient of the Schiff Dental Group. When I moved to RI from Pennsylvania four years ago, I decided he would remain my dentist until I no longer can travel back to PA. I am still traveling the 95 corridor to see him...That in itself is a 5 Star Rating. My experience is that everyone I encounter at the office is outstanding. Great service, professional office, skilled and friendly dentists. This operation is clearly in good hands. The technicians and dentists do a good job of explaining what theyre going to do before they do it. I had a root canal and crown put in and it was virually painless! The only discomfort was just a bit of soreness after the root canal, which is to be expected. Id recommend this office to anyone but especially those who are a little squeamish about their mouths. These folks will take good care of you.

I have been a patient @ The Schiff Dental group for many years. It is always a great experience. ALL of the staff - from the front desk, hygenists, Larry Schiff and other dentists and surgical staff- are always nice! And professional and their knowledge is amazing! Years of experience. Often at medical offices I find front desk staff really rude. Not so here. No one is rude and they are very Accomodating. I refer them to my friends all the time. You wont be sorry when you go.

I have been treated by many dentists over the years and The Schiff Dental Group is easily the best of all. I used to be terrified every time I went to the dentist and with this group I am fearless and confident treatment will be painless and pleasant. The office is so bright and airy and everyone is very friendly and kind. And I never have to wait to be seen when I arrive for my appointment. ok...who wants or likes to go to the dentist? Schiff Dental group has been an antidote to dental work fear. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists and dentists are unbelievably cheerful, helpful-I wonder how one office finds them all or if they are all on happy pills! as for the dental work... the utmost in professionalism and high quality workmanship- highly recommend for expert and quality care and a free smile!
