Where do I start but by saying yall need a new vet working there. My poor cat indiana has been suffering with urination issues. So the first time we took him there, mind you almost a YEAR ago, he told us it was stress. Im sorry I live with my cat and he was NOT stressed. Moms know best right?! Well it continues in spurts so we take him back or bring it up at least two or three more times, the last time being saturday. I tried getting him in anywhere else but here , but because my cat was barely urinating and when he did it was BLOOD! Hello theres your sign it isnt anxiety! Well low and behold he tells us yup its anxiety! Are you FREAKING kidding me?!?!?!?! 100 dollars later and anxiety meds we have to rush my cat to the York ER. Thank god we got him in. He has had crystals in his urine, was almost blocked and they had to push out his bladder to empty it and clear the crystals. The whole time we took our cat in, they never examined him claiming he was too aggressive. So instead of wearing protective gear they never examined our cat. So thank god the vet at the ER had some balls and examined my cat. Guess what?! He never attacked, scratched or bit at all! Im appalled at how my baby was treated like a rabid animal. He is two and could have died from this. NEVER GOING BACK. I hope they learn from this. Because I dont want someones pet to pass because of incompetent people.

1000 stars ....... if I could. I will never use another vet. I have been through a number of vets in the past, non of which made me feel like my dog and 2 cats were in as good of hands as Dr. Jenkins. He and his staff are top notch, friendly, caring, educated, informative and great with animals. He always makes time to answer my questions and returns phone calls quickly. I have a Mastiff, (Very Large dog) which a lot of vets were timid of and had a hard time handling. Not Dr. Jenkins, he has such a great relationship with my dog that Sabre (my dog) gets excited to go to the vet. I cant say enough good things about Aloha Animal Hospital and Dr. Jenkins. Highly recommended to say the least!

I recently had to make the tough decision to put my kitty down. I had been with another vet for about 20 yrs, and it just so happened on the day that this needed to be done it was my vets day off. I was in a frantic search to find someone to help me. I got nothing but the utmost sympathy and compassion from the staff at Aloha. The vet , vet tech, and receptionist were so wonderful they helped me make the right decision, the vet even stayed in the room with me after it was done, consoling me and assuring me that I had done the right thing. I will be bringing all of my pets here from now on, cannot recommend enough!

We had such a wonderful experience with our dog (on a referral) that we have moved all of our other pets (4 total) to this hospital! Our older dog had been treated at another vet for strains to her leg for over a year and I felt that something more needed to be done. We took her to Dr Jenkins and with a minute of examining her, he knew she had an ACL-type tear. She underwent knee surgery in Towson and is recuperating wonderfully! The docs and staff really care about your pets here and I am really glad we switched!

Dr. Jenkins and staff are always amazing! I wouldnt take my animals anywhere else but Aloha. If any of you are looking at this comment and wondering if you should take your fur babies to this vet, my answer will always be of course you should! I also did my shadowing here during high school and was behind the scenes, so I know when my animals are having surgery they are getting top notch care!

I use to take my pets to another office in the area. Once i had to put my beloved 16 year old shephard down i took her to ahola. They were so comforting and i knew i took her to the right place. I will forever be grateful for there hospitality and forever take my fur babies to them

Dr. Jenkins is awesome! He always takes his time, never rushes you out the door. He explains things so you can understand. You can tell the entire staff loves the animals. I highly recommend Aloha and specifically Dr. Jenkins!
