For me to write a review, it either has to be terrible or incredible. I absolutely LOVE Innervision. I bought the Living Social deal (2011) since I needed new specs and didnt have insurance. Allisa gave me one of the best eye exams Ive had. She was thorough and incredibly cute. Thats a great combination for an optometrist! I ended up getting the contact exam as well because I recently started wearing them and I wasnt having a good experience with the fit from my last Dr. (he never did a 2nd follow-up fitting and told me that whatever vision I had would have to be close enough because of my prescription) When I went downstairs to pick out my frames, Erika handed me a pair of glasses and said "These are the ones." Im the guy that has to see EVERY pair. She was patient and we ended up coming back around to the first pair she picked out. Shes THAT good! Lol, thats how you know youre dealing with someone that knows their stuff! So now Im walking a little taller because I absolutely LOVE my Chrome Ic! Berlin frames. They fit great and they look great. They hide the thickness of my lenses (serious Astigmatism) and theyre totally rockstar. To put it into perspective, Ive gotten comments on them from men and women on how much they like them. Thats some serious cool factor if youve got complete strangers giving your glasses props. Theyre a little pricier, but the product is outstanding. My old glasses from Lenscrafters(Yuck!) were $500 and my I!Bs were $600. ...and Ill never have to tighten another screw. Lol, if youve ever had a lens roll off your face you know thats priceless! Great experience, and great selection of quality frames! The exam was quick and straightforward, but where this shop really shines is in the service you receive when picking frames. I simply described what I was looking for and was quickly brought a tray with 5 or 6 options matching what I requested. Some options were exactly what I already owned, some were a bit more adventurous to give me new ideas. Based on what I liked and didnt like, they then brought me more options. The person I worked with did a great job, offered really helpful advice on what looked good on me and why, and didnt pressure me at all. Another amazing thing about this shop is that I got my new glasses THE SAME DAY for no extra cost! Incredible! The frames here are mid- to high-end , so are not bargain priced. The frames I looked at were in the $400 range (though they do have cheaper ones), and my eye insurance paid for a chunk. Since glasses are something I wear ON MY FACE for every waking moment, and are the gateway to one of my favorite five senses (i.e., sight!), it felt worth it to pay for glasses that look and feel great. Im 100% happy with InnerVision!

This place is great! I stumbled upon it originally just window shopping, but their selection was so good that I couldnt resist a new pair. Everyone seemed truly interested in helping me find the best frames for my face and were incredibly patient with my indecision. When my partner was hesitant with the pair that I brought home (they were ready within an hour) we went back to the store a few days later and they again let me try on half of the inventory before I picked a different color in my original frames. They happily switched out my lenses and promised they would again if I changed my mind. Wonderful service and great glasses and totally worth the price!

Terrible customer service. Went to have my sunglasses adjusted to fit my face better. The guy upstairs gave me a dirty look and told me there is nothing he could do about the fit. Really? Used his hands to adjust the nose part a bit and left it all crooked and uneven in 2 seconds. Granted I didnt buy my sunglasses there, but I have previously bought glasses from them. All glasses place I been to would adjust your frames for free even if you didnt buy it from there. I have had way better service at Sunglasses Hut and this is supposed to be a high end place. They sell all their frames at full price. You can find them all online at half the price.

Looking for a simple sports style that I could use as a prescription pair. I never heard of the particular brand (Rudy Project). They didnt rush me, showed me the various styles and I asked them if I could come back the next day after a little research. Found a pair that I liked, but modern vision was running a special that I asked if they would honor. They agreed without hesitation, and simply asked me the price of the special. Literally, I said the price and they agreed on the spot. Never once did I get a sales pitch or pressured into a sale. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen.

My old eyeglasses broke this morning and I urgently needed a new pair. I found out that Innervision could make glasses in one hour and I decided to give them a try. It was a good decision. The sales representative (Stephanie) was very nice and helpful, and not pushy at all. The price was very reasonable. Choosing the frame, the lenses, getting some face measurements and paying took less than 15 minutes (although I was not rushed at all), and one hour later they called me to let me know that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Overall great service and value for money. I will buy from them again.

I was a very difficult customer. They were patient and in the end just wanted me to be happy with my decisions. There are a lot of people working there and some of the women didnt seem particularly helpful. If you get Cliff or his dad Chick, you will probably have a great experience as I did. They have a really good selection that ranges through different price ranges, and not many places in Philly carry the good stuff. ie: Salt, Oliver Peoples, JF Rey, etc.

Originally, I stopped in to take a look around and see what brands they had to offer. In addition to having the brand I was looking for they had a nice selection of other frames I would be interested in. I bought a pair of regular frames/lenses and the customer service was excellent. I also purchased a second pair of summer frames and Ill probably continue to come back. The owners are very courteous and helpful, Id recommend them to any of my friends.

The eye is exam is basic and fine for young, healthy people who just need new glasses or contacts. Be sure to triple-check that they take your insurance and at what rate. I was told they took mine, both by them and my companys website but in the end they only said they offered a "discount" with my insurance. This was of course after I had the exam and they then wanted $85 for what should have cost me $10 with my insurance. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience all around. The doctor was friendly, efficient, and very informative. The rest of the staff was equally fantastic and helped me find frames that looked great and were within my budget. I was in and out in no time but never felt rushed or pressured. I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years and am hard pressed to remember a more pleasant or satisfying experience.
