I am typically a very laid back person. I have never taken to the internet to write a negative review about anything. However, there is a first time for everything! I had my annual eye appointment at Wrigley on 6/18. About 10 days later I called and was informed my new glasses were in. I went to Wrigley 7/02 and they were unable to install the lens into the frames I purchased. They said the frames were faulty and they would order a new pair, to take about 2 to 3 business days. I called Wrigley on 7/08 and was told the second pair were ready. On the morning of 7/09, I called again to reconfirm and let them know I would be coming into the office that day to get the new set. I returned to Wrigley 7/09 as promised, to have the exact same thing happen. This is after I had spoken with them twice to let them know I was coming to get glasses which I was told were ready. I understand mistakes happen, and as I stated I am a reasonable person. However, what really upset me was the reaction I received from the receptionists who were present both times I went to Wrigley. They were extremely apathetic, their handling of the situation was perfunctory at best. I was made to feel I was the problem. If I had received a simple apology for the error, or any sort of recognition that my time is also valuable and they regretted that I had wasted it in my two trips into their office for glasses which were not prepared for my arrival, I would not be here venting about Wrigley Eye Associates! I hope by sharing my experience I might help someone else not waste their time, too.

There are many reasons why I am never going to return to this place of business. When I walked into this business for the first time it took 10-15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. Then when the front staff appeared their conversation was loud and unprofessional. During the eye exam they try to "upgrade" your exam experience for of course extra fees. They show no break down of charges at the end of this experience, just a final amount. The final complaint is that the eye glass selection is quite limited.

Dr Wrigley was recommended to me by several co-workers. Walked into the office to schedule my appointment. The staff was pleasant and I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days later. Because on ongoing eye problems, have had to see the doctor three times. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Wrigley took the time to explain everything she was doing and why, and I have a better understanding of my eye issues. A pleasant experience all around.

Dont waste your time with them, they are very unprofessional and have no respect for your time. I had an appointment for a Saturday that I had scheduled weeks in advance, then the day before my appointment they call me to cancel due to "a change in their office schedule"!!! I tried to reschedule but they wanted me to wait almost a whole other month to get another appointment even though they were the ones who canceled! They didnt even apologize or make an effort to help me.

I will not be returning to this place, and I am calling in to get my prescription and cancel my frames. I went there in mid December, the Doctor and Student Doctor were both fabulous and very friendly. The staff however seemed very uncaring and the woman that was supposed to help me with the frames seemed to hate her job and not care at all. The frames were all way overpriced, and it is now the new year and I still have not recieved a call about the frames I had ordered.

This was the first time I chose my own doctors office, and what a great choice it was! The staff was extremely friendly and professional and my eye exam/contact consultation went smoothly. The intern doctor I had was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand the problems I was having with my eyes. The only complaint I had was that the appointment lasted a few hours. I will continue to come here until I move out of the area. Thank you wrigley eye associates!

I have been a patient of Wrigley Eye Associates for at least 10 years. I am very satisfied with Dr. Karen Wrigley and her staff. There Center City location is convenient for me and there is always a very friendly and professional atmosphere among the staff on all of my visits or phone calls.. Scheduling is always done with you in mind. I would highly recommend their services to family, friends or anyone.

Needed a new doctor, so I found them on google. Made a great decision. The environment was nice and I didnt feel like a number like I did at the Eye Institute. Staff was amazingly pleasant and I was in and out even though there were a lot of customers and I didnt feel rushed or neglected!

I always have a pleasant experience when visiting Dr. Wrigleys office. Her staff is very friendly and Dr. Wrigley as always provided a thorough exam. There are many styles & types of glasses and lenses to choose from, so I never leave unsatisfied.

I have been with Dr. Wrigley for about 15 years. The level of care is VERY high here. You will never feel rushed or neglected. And you also get answers about your vision / eyes.

Eye exams here are 3x the cost of other places and the staff is unprofessional and rude. They also gave me a hard time for asking for a written version of my prescription.
