If you are looking for an establishment that knows what itis doing youd be better off going anywhere else. STAPLES probably has a better shot at getting you a pair of glasses more efficiently than this place. They did not know the correct coverages of my insurance policy. They were going to charge me $10 more than what I should have paid. I made them call my insurance company to have them fax over the correct information. Then, the doctor told me that I would have my glasses in one week. One week went by and I called to find out it was more like two weeks. Then I go in to find that my order was lost. Do you know what the excuse was? The totally brain-dead woman that I spoke to over the phone had the gall to say that we are all human. The Doctor was okay and everything seemed fine until you started to ask questions. Once that happened, everything broke down and I realized what a chop shop this place was. Stay far away from this place if you can help it. Worst optical experience ever.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you care about customer service and being treated like a customer, then stay away from this one! I dropped off my glasses to get fixed, and the woman at the counter took my information and said someone would call me. No one called me. I waited thinking that they may be busy or they are fixing my glasses and it just took a little longer. I walked in tonight to see what the status was and my glasses were in the exact same shape as when I dropped them off. I never got a phone call either. Their excuse was: "Oh he looked at your glasses and he said he didnt want to get into fixing them". I said "It would have been nice to call me". She gave me no response back, like they just dont care. I shouldnt even give 1 star. There are plenty of nicer eye glass establishments so do yourself a huge favor and dont walk in.

The office was shabby, rude staff, and long wait time. Avoid if you can, wish I looked this guy up before I wasted my time. I never write reviews but this place really made me mad! The staff misled me just to get me in the door. I was told that contacts were covered under my insurance-they never mentioned that there is a $65 contact fitting fee. This should have been brought up in my opinion-the secretary led me to believe that it was covered-then the doctor said that I was lying and pretty much acted like I was a moron. The doctor also had used snotty tissues all over the counter which I thought was absolutely disgusting. There was something unsettling about the guy, avoid if you can.

It was OK. The women (I dont know their titles) were very friendly and helpful. I was getting contact lenses for the first time after wearing glasses for 18 years. The woman who helped me with putting in my contacts and taking them out was VERY patient! The only problem that I had was this: the left sample contact lens was misshapen and uncomfortable. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. I saw a red line along the right edge of the left lens. i took them out and called the Dr the next day, and he didnt seem to take me seriously and told me that I should just wear my glasses when I asked for a new lens.

The customer service at this place is TERRIBLE. The old man is very creepy. He is not friendly and has a terrible attitude. Everything in this place seems like it is very old. The lady that works there is also strange. Ive actually never been somewhere where they were that rude and unhelpful. Will definitley NEVER return. They look like they are going out of business anyway. I actually meant to make my appointment at Pearl Vision across the street. I went there last year and would highly recommend them.

False advertisement and overbooked! They do not have up to date technology or scanning devices for the retinas. Everything is done manually here and the waiting is long, the staff have no idea whats going on. The office is tiny and stuffy with bad stereo crackling music. The one eye doctor himself is very nice, but thats about all thats positive about the visit. 743 Delsea Dr N Glassboro, NJ in the shopping center. It is terrible. Do not go here.

I had such a pleasant experience here with Dr. William. Honestly, I did not expect him to spend his time helping me pick the frames that look good on my face. We went through a bunch of them and finally got one at a very reasonable price ( the greatest thing is that he did not choose the frames based on the cost, which makes me feel so appreciated ). Just two words to conclude my review: strongly recommend !!!!

If you care about quality, this is your place. Sure the man is quirky to the point he may seem to have an "attitude problem" but Ive learned over the years to truly appreciate his expertise. He is a doctor of the eyes in every way. In my experience with humans, very smart people are very strange. Hes out there, but it doesnt make him any less qualified.

I have a tricky prescription (prism correction) and need new lenses in a hurry. Dr. Berger really came through for me! The prescription was perfect, they fitted the frames to my face correctly, and the lenses were clearly (no pun intended) of the highest quality. Highly recommended!

The place is ok they do not explain things very well about certain details with my vision issues or explain benefits of lens upgrades the turn around time to get new lenses seems very long for 2011 over 1 week seems a little much with new technology the world has to offer
