Ive been floundering around for the past few years looking for a dentists office for my boys and me that all three of us would want to visit more than once, and I finally found it! Dr. Reardons practice is fantastic! From the nicest front desk personnel to the professional hygienists to the super-friendly dentist, all three of us knew we had found a dental office we will visit for a long time to come. Previous dentists had always made me feel like they were seeing dollar signs when they looked into my mouth. I brush every day, take care of my teeth, and go to the dentist every six months, so it was always aggravating to be told that I had to come back for something or other. Imagine how happy I was when, for the first time in years I didnt have any new micro-cavities or any old cavities that need to be replaced right away. And, important to me, no one at Dr. Reardons office tried to put down any of the previous dental work that had been done before. It really bugs me when one professional puts down another in attempt to make themselves look better. Anyway, Ive been SO thrilled that I told some friends and family about them, and when my mom decided to go, Dr. Reardons office sent me beautiful flowers to thank me for the referral. They certainly did not need to do that, but I LOVED it!

Our experience with Reardon Dental has been absolutely horrible since the practice took over Dr. Piskais office. Weve been with Dr. Piskai for years so I was hoping for a seamless transition. Ever since the change this is what weve experienced 20+ minute wait times for cleaning appointments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the first appt because of the transition but the 2 appts after that also experienced longer wait times. We didnt have the same hygenists we originally scheduled with and the new girls are more aggressive with their tools. The last is the worst - the billing. I took our dental cards to make sure the billing would be ok. I went in Oct and they billed my visit to my old insurance even though they had the new information. Then in Nov & Jan they billed my sons to the wrong insurance. On each of the visits we showed insurance cards so there wouldnt be issues. On the Jan visit I gave my son copies of the cards which included who gets billed on which account and they still messed it up. It is very frustrating to deal with the issue. The girl I talked to today, who I have explained this too before said it "should be fixed now" I wont hold my breath

I just moved into the area about a month ago. Recently I started to notice a pain in the back of my mouth so I scrambled to find a dentist and happened to find Reardon Dental online. I called them in the evening when they were closed and gave them my cell # and work #. The next morning I got to work and had a voice mail waiting for me from them so I really appreciate there quick response. The whole appointment was very quick and everyone I met was very helpful, especially Dr. Reardon. The pain was found to be my wisdom tooth so they quickly gave me a list of oral surgeons I should get in touch with and they were more than helpful with the questions that I had. I cant say Im happy that Ill need to get the tooth removed but everyone at Reardon did a great job and Ill definitely be returning. They even give out a welcome bag to new patients which is a really nice touch.

My children and I have been going to Dr. Reardons office since we moved to Phoenixville 26 years ago. The care we have received is excellent. Every employee we have met over the years has been personable, courteous and has made us feel comfortable. Janice has been my hygienist for several years and knows all my family. It is nice to be able to relax and feel comfortable because really I dread going to the dentist. Not so with Dr. Reardons practice. Dr. Reardon is one of the best dentists that I have met. All of the dentists he has had in his practice have been phenomenal. I highly recommend this practice to anyone no matter what age. No need for a pediatric dentist...this practice is super with children. My 4 children and grandchildren are growing up using this practice.

I have been multiple times to Reardon Dental for cleanings. Every appointment better than the next. This time around I ended up waiting quite a while to be seen. It wasnt a huge deal and I wasnt too concerned. The girls at the front desk made sure I was taken back as soon as possible. My cleaning was great and everyone was super apologetic about keeping me waiting. On my way out I was given a $25 gift certificate and flowers (it was also Valentines Day) for the delay. It was unexpected and not necessary but a true testament to how they treat their patients and care about their time and well being! I left beyond happy and grateful that people care that much to go above and beyond for you these days! How many people can say they love their dentist?!

I am pleased with the transition from Dr. Piskai to Reardon Dental. I was greeted very nicely by the front desk personnel who I later met again because it was Dr. Laura Feller! Needless to say I was quite surprised when the dentist came in to check my teeth and it was the same person who checked me in! I think it says a lot when the whole staff chips in to get the job done. Everyone in the office is very efficient, polite and thorough. My teeth always feel great when I leave the office. Special thanks to Claire, my hygienist. She makes me feel comfortable during x-rays and cleanings! Dr. Feller & Claire are reasons that I trust this practice and will continue referring friends & family to Reardon Dental.

" It was only because Reardon took over my former dentists practice that I went ahead and kept my semi-annual appointment. It was a great relief that my hygienist, Linda was still there. I figured if shes there, I am too. Shes very good. What a wonderful thing it was too because at the end, I was introduced to Dr. Turner. He is excellent. I am not a young person and have suffered with dental and gum problems all my life. I have seen many dentists over the years and spent much time, pain and money, but I can say without reservation that he is the best - bar none. He actually acquaints himself with your record beforehand, hes knowledgeable, gentle, sensitive, funny and very smart"

This was my first time visiting Reardon Dental after months of trying to find a new dentist. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with enthusiasm and genuine kindness. My hygienist, Kay, was very thorough and gentle. She talked me through my entire appointment and answered all of my questions. She offered me options without being pushy or demanding. Dr. Feller wrapped up my visit and could not have been any nicer! I have always been one to love going to the dentist, but this experience just made it that much better. Call me crazy, but I cant wait to go back in 6 months! Definitely will be referring friends and family.
