Ive been a patient at this office for over 10 years. They have great services & have even been able to get my son and I in for a couple of emergencies on Saturdays, even though we had to go to different offices. Thats one of the benefits of them being a part of such a large group. However, a huge drawback is on the regular visits you see a different dentist and/or hygienist every time. Ive even asked to see the same one for each visit and I get an excuse that theyve left for this or that reason. Ive had some really good dentists & some dentists with really bad "chair-side manners" that barely say one word to you and dont care how much pain they inflict on you. Its always a crap shoot as to what you get. The last couple of years they sent me a bill at the end of the year for several visits combined, but didnt specify what all the charges were for. The last thing I need during the holiday season is another bill, especially when its been months since my dental appointment. Then to not have the details of the charges so I can match it with the dates of services and services rendered, looks like they are sending me a fraudulent bill, even though the charges turn out to be valid after I track them all down. Hopefully this has been corrected with the new "central billing dept." Currently looking for other options...

As a person who is very nervous around dentists, this place is the absolute best! I am new to the area, had a dental emergency and not only did they fit me into an appointment immediately, but did all they could to fix my problem, keeping me at ease the entire time. Every single person working there was friendly and the service was outstanding. I can honestly say that I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair and am very glad that I came here - and perhaps I wont absolutely dread going in for a cleaning in 6 months time! I would recommend this office to anyone time and time again!

Ive bounced around from dentist to dentist because it didnt really matter to me. I never had any personal connections with any offices nor felt inclined to keep going to a specific one- that is until I came here. The dental assistant and I immediately hit it off and she made me feel so calm and comfortable about the procedures I had to get done. Dr. Sampat is AMAZING, so down to earth and extremely precise and professional at the same time. I have now found my forever dentist office and truly consider them friends! I would recommend to anyone and everyone

My biggest complaint about this office--& I dont know if all ADS offices are the same--is that every time I go, I am dealing with a new doctor. I have to re-explain my concerns to the new person cause theyve never treated me before. I know if you have healthy teeth (which thankfully I do), you should only see your dentist twice a year, but thats no reason to not develop a relationship with the guy/woman. But here, I dont even bother trying to learn their names cause I know I most likely will never see that doctor again. Its sad.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff at this office.. They are friendly and have kept me calm and helped me through my dental experiences, which have been many. It took me some years to finally find a dental office I felt comfortable going to. I live almost an hour and a half from the office. It is so worth the drive for me. Thank you all for your kindness and support and comforting ways. Keep up the good work!! I am pleased you are my dentist of choice

At 64 years old I was surprised to learn that I have a cavity under one of the crowns that was put on prior to my treatment at American Dental. Fortunately they found it in time to treat the Cavity before it gets worse. Im scheduled to get it treated in a procedure that will take approximately one month. I havent had a root canal surgery since my husband and I started to go there in 2008. I wont need a root canal since they caught it in time.

I have never had a bad experience at American Dental Solitions. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have many dental problems, and theyve treated each and every one in the way best suited to the situation. I dont feel Ive been overcharged and more importantly, I dont feel like a number in a long line of numbers. I still dont love the dentist, but Ive only praise for these folks!

I was at American Dental Solutions recently and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only party I do not like is the fact that each time I visit, the staff is all new. Whats with that? Otherwise, the location is convenience, I love they offer late appointments and the staff is always nice.

Kind and gentle, knowledgeable and very helpful. Went in to Phoenixville for consult, then to Pottstown office for extractions and dentures. Both offices were fantastic, and I love my new smile. Still a bit sore, but I am thoroughly and completely happy with Dr. Patel and Dr. Stone!

I have been fearful of dentists my whole life. i went to the Phoenixville office with tooth pain, they were very kind, helpful, gentle. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough and gave me all my options. I would certainly recommend American Dental to a friend or family member.

I had a great first experience at this office. The hygienist was thorough and personable. I was even offered a flouride treatment to help with my sensitive teeth which was great. I had never been offered that before. Overall fantastic experience and I plan on going back.

I was very nervous when I went into the dental office.I hate going to the dentist and have avoided them. Dr.D was amazing. She was very gentle and explained everything to me. Thanks to her I have decided to go back and get all my dental work done.

Horrible place of business. Watch out... If they say they except your insurance!!! After confirming that they excepted my insurance, they then slapped me with a $606.00 bill!!! Save your time and aggravation and look for a different dentist.

When I went for bi-annual cleaning, Dental hygienist ask me $800 for special type of gum medication treatment. When got second opinion, it was completely not true. I found out that this is a common complain about this practice. BE AWARE!
