Went to Cherryville Animal Hospital for 6 years since I moved into this area because of the passing of Dr. Seely in Broadheadsville, NEVER AGAIN will I subject a pet of mine to that place. Dr. Carla Myers also took it upon herself to involve her Attorneys into my dogs case because of a Go Fund Me Account. In this Go Fund Me Account it clearly stated "ANY FUNDS NOT USED FOR HANNAH COULD BE USED FOR OTHER ANIMALS AT MY DESCRETION", which Dr. Carla Myers tried to dictate to me what I could do or not do with it through her Attorneys Office. Dr. Carla Myers has no legal jurisdiction over any of my dogs including Hannah. This speaks volumes to me that they dont care about animals, they care more about making the almighty dollar rather than saving or helping animals. I have been waiting since May 29, 2015 for my dogs records and funds to be transferred to another Vet Office, they claim all was sent but yet my original Vets office has never received them. If I could give a 0 ZERO Rating I would. Would I recommend this Vet to anyone - NO! Dr. Russel Myers has also misdiagnosed Hannah, Thank God I have Hannah under the care of a Specialist because had I followed what Dr. Russel Myers prescribed for my Hannah she probably would be dead or so over drugged on Phenobarbital.

I brought my dog in because she was limping on her hind leg. At the time We used the clinic for shots as we fell on hard times. They diagnosed her with a torn ACL. I agreed to have them do the surgery. When my dog came out of surgery they never called me to tell me she was ok. I picked her up that evening the doctor never came out to talk to me. I was given no instructions on how to care for her. Thank goodness I researched online that she could only go out to the bathroom,on her leash for several weeks or she could have been reinjured. They never called me the next day to see how she was. In two weeks I brought her in to take the cast off and they never made follow-up appointments to check her progress. We are doing financially better now and are in the process of picking a regular vet for shots and checkups. I would never pick this vet or recommend them to anyone. We had a horrible experience.

Our dog passed away this morning and I called Cherryville Animal Hospital requesting a quote on a cremation. I was quoted $95 and when I asked if this included receiving our dogs ashes back the woman stated yes. I arrived there approximately 45 minutes later and was told I was quoted the wrong price and it would be $180. I asked to speak to the doctor and he came out and said, "mistakes happen and the girl who quoted me the price was new". So, I would be careful taking your pets here as if mistakes happen, it will not matter- you will pay. Ooops, I took the wrong kidney out- oh well here is the bill!

They are very friendly and know what they are doing. I used to go to another vet until my one cat was Ill and when I called that vet they would do nothing for me. I calley cherryville and they took me within an hour when they never saw my cat before although till I got home to take the cat he had already died. When you make an app there you get in at the time your appt was for there is no sitting and waiting for 30 to 60 minutes. You are in and out in no time. Not much anxiety on the pet and they are back home in a short period of time. I switched all my animals to here.

Called about a sick innocent kitten in bad shape and the vet didnt want to be bothered. Not sure if its them or the front office people but dont take your pets here. They just want your money and dont give a crap about animals and are ok with making them suffer!
