Dr. Jane Latta is a consummate professional and great person. She truly cares for her pet clients and their owners. She has a wonderful demeanor that is friendly and comforting. If you ever need clear and concise vet advise and guidance, Jane demonstrates her expertise and wisdom. She clearly loves her job and it shows. She is the best for a reason. Her standards of client care and follow up are unparalleled. She is one of the best healthcare professionals I have come across in my 20 years in healthcare.

Dr Jane has been taking wonderful care our dog Benson for over 10 years now. She is a very caring and compassionate vet who is dedicated to the pets she cares for and their "parents." This is her lifes work. I honestly do not trust Benny with anyone but her. He currently is having some health problems that are worrysome and Dr Latta is there for us every time we call, fits Benson in right away no matter how busy she is and is proactive with her treatments. Her staff is always friendly and helpful.

Vet Jane is so good, very experienced, patient, caring... I had 2 pomeranians that were not the best dogs to work with... they pee and nipped at her but she managed to get them vaccines and get their nails cut and everything, God bless her. The assistants were nice to us until the dogs did their number... then one of them made sure I knew how difficult it was to work with them, I dont blame her, but I didnt feelt welcome there anymore.

There arent enough stars. Dr. Jane has taken care of us and our pet Newf since forever. Aldo, our last Newf went 13.5 years...what else can one say To Aldo...Jane wasnt the Doc...she was the "Aunt". He knew he was going, couldnt wait till he got there...didnt want to leave.

Seriously, I could not even get an appointment. "We do not except transfers, we do not give a second opinion....." WHAT IS THAT????? I dont need politics involved, when an animal is in PAIN. BS! And I thought she is there for the animals. Hypocrites.

My parents took our dogs to Jane starting in the late 80s, and I have been taking my own dogs to her since 2001. You cant beat Dr Latta. The prices are great and the care is even better. She is one of West Chesters hidden gems.
