Poor customer service starts at the top of any organization. This one is no different. This company doesnt care about its customers. They are using underhanded techniques to get the most out of every sale. There is a fee if you pay COD, there is a fee if you pay with a CC, there is a fee if you give them cash, the only way they take your money without a fee is by giving them access to your bank account. All their items are listed using 10/th of a penny so they can make more money in volume. No matter what you order, there is a $12 fuel surcharge and a $7.50 handling fee, even if you qualify for free shipping. Their management has no clue and I am shocked they are still in business. They messed my billing and my orders 3 out of 3 times. I am done. I found another supplier that carries the same thing. Customers BEWARE!
