Hello Dr. Kline. I received your registered letter today firing Lil Bit as a patient. Yes, I am "still concerned" that my dog cannot walk after a routine anal gland cleaning at your office. Its been eight days. But dont worry - I had no intention whatsoever of darkening your door again. I warned you months ago when Missy turned catatonic for weeks following a visit to your office.that you had a problem in your back office. You did not rectify the situation. You have now reminded me ( for the third time and in writing) that you did this procedure yourself. I understand that the staff "only has good intentions and would never cause harm to a patient. " but, they have. Now for the second time. See photo below. Got cameras in that back? You should. Many of my friends have commented on a little bits sudden and catastrophic change. Clearly he is in pain because he cannot sit down. He has not had a stroke. He had an anal gland expression that went very badly. This is a different dog. I dont know what happened to my dog but this catatonic lump on my floor is not the dog that bounced into you office a week ago. He cant even walk. As I told you, many local dog owners with whom I have discussed this referred to your young man technician as a "sadist" (. Direct quote). This isnt just ME. Its a consensus opinion. Yes, I hear good things about Dr. Patrick. I will contact his office and you can send his records.

It first started with my dog being returned to me after being given fluids, she was sick. She whimpered, when asked why we were told, "Oh, shes just happy to see you!" The correct answer wouldve been, (that we got later after we alarmingly realized something was wrong) "We put the fluids in the back and shes going to be really sore for a while." She was so sore that we couldnt even pet her or pick her up without her screaming and yelping. She was at the point that shed rather pee on herself in her bed than to move. But she did get better a few days later. Yesterday, at 5:30 she was hit by a white truck twice in front of our house; and her little sister possibly too. We called Olde Towne, they were a logical choice because they were right down the street. My dogs are little, time is of the essence. We were turned away, told to go to Mt. Pleasant Emergency. Luckily, another vet near us took in our dogs, even calling their vet back to work, for dogs that werent even his patients, and he stayed the night to monitor both of them. My dogs couldve been DYING. It turns out one of them has a shattered pelvis while the other one was luckily just in shock. Find the a vet that is willing to go that extra mile. I didnt find it here.

Olde Towne have been nothing but great since we became clients earlier this year. My dog was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, and Dr. Klein has gone out of her way to seek information and ensure his health regarding this rare but serious illness. Theyre always very friendly and professional, and the CofC student discount helps make his treatment attainable. Theyre not open on weekends, but fortunately the doctor works at the Emergency Vet in Mt. Pleasant, so weve visited there and have been able to still see our same vet. Highly recommend.

Dr. Klein and her staff are AMAZING! We have seen numerous vets over the years, and Dr. Klein is hands down the BEST! She is knowledgable, approachable and genuinely cares about our 3 pups! One of our dogs has a unique medical condition that requires blood work every 2-3 weeks. We drive a half hour, despite other vets being closer, because of her medical approach and compassion! The best testimonial I can give is that ALL 3 of my dogs wag their tails and greet Dr. Klein with a kiss, which she warmly welcomes, before she examines them!!!!

Dr Klein and her staff are amazing :) We drive close to 45 minutes just to see her because she is that good! With five dogs, we are there more often than most people but its worth the drive. She is very punctual with her appointments and blocks off enough time to address all our issues. We are never rushed. Prices are reasonable and they have their own parking. Staff always follows up after surgeries and procedures and they all go the extra step to ensure great service.

Dr. Kellie and her staff are amazing! My little Sophie (chihuahua) had a bad skin issue that another vet couldnt seem to fix. I brought Sophie to OTVC and within a month she was looking better. She was back to her old self within 2 months! The staff was loving to her and called to check on her progress. Sophie is a regular patient of Dr. Kellie for three to four years now! I couldnt make a better vet!

I am SO thankful we found Dr. Klein and her staff! One of our pups has an autoimmune disease that has been difficult to manage. Dr. Klein medical knowledge, compassion and approachability has put us at ease and our pup is doing the best she has ever done! I dont live in downtown CHS and make the drive to CHS every couple weeks because I wouldnt bring my dogs anywhere else!
