I have never had service worse then this. I called before hand to determine if I should bring my young dog in and get him looked at. She had been throwing up multiple times and I of course was getting worried. So I asked the women on the phone if she thought I should bring her in and she told me “idk she’s not my dog. Maybe if you’d watch your animals you wouldn’t have that problem.” I responded very short and ignored the ignorant response she gave me and I told her I would be there in about 45 minutes, and she stopped me and told me “no. You can’t come without an appointment.” I told her how was I supposed to know my dog was gonna be sick and needed an appointment. And she continued to tell me she didn’t care and that if I wanted my dog to get looked at I’d have to wait until next week when an appointment was open. And then told me once again to take better care of my dog. Absolutely ridiculous, would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone.

Sadly had to put my cat of 17 years down a couple days ago but the Veterinary Care Center did a superb job of helping me thru it. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Harris did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and the options that I had to take. After the option was made the process went very smooth and Dr. Harris walked me thru all steps of that as well. Although it was heartbreaking I am thankful she got to pass peacefully with me beside her and that she is in a better place now. Today I even received a letter in the mail from all of the staff at the Veterinary Care Center, this was a very heartwarming touch and I truly appreciate it. This vet will always be my go to for any future matters, I thank all of you at VCC!

This was the worst vet I have ever been to. Took my Great Dane in for a spot on his back. When the vet walked in he barked at him. Didnt growl or try to bite him or anything. I laughed and told the vet he wouldnt bite, that he has never bitten anyone. The vet rudely told me he didnt believe me. Not real sure why we paid for any "exam" because he was too "scared" to even touch him. If he would have tried to bite him or something I could understand but he just barked. Thats what dogs do! He told us as we were leaving if he was going to see him again he would have to be tranquilized in the parking lot! Are you kidding me? They are nicknamed gentle giants. Do not take your pets here!

Dr. Harris and his staff are very helpful and caring about the animals in their care. Hes patient in answering questions and offers sound advice while allowing you to decide how to proceed. Charges are very fair and reasonable. They are immensely compassionate and helpful when having to make those end of life decisions.

Dr Harris is the best vet I know. always calm and patient and so good with my dogs. Hes gives you the wisdom of his experience and doesnt charge the earth for it. I wouldnt take my beloved pets anywhere else. Hes the best. My dogs love visiting and happily go to the vets, a rare occurrence if you have dogs.

Dr. Harris has taken care of my pets for years. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. One of my cats had cancer and he helped me through that difficult process and also with making the sad decision to put him down earlier this year. He is a terrific vet.
