First time boarding my dog at this place. Dropped her off on a Friday morning and everyone there was friendly. The following Tuesday, I called to check on her and they advised that she was doing fine. I picked her up the next day and when they brought her out, I immediately saw that she had lost a lot of weight and her eyes looked really sunken. She barely responded to me. When they returned the food I had brought, there was hardly any gone....this is a 70 lb dog! We got home and realized that she was extremely dehydrated. Even her hind legs were not functioning like they should...she barely had the strength to get up on the sofa. It took a couple days to get fluids in her and get her eating and finally she returned to normal. Cross Roads should have recognized that she was badly dehydrated and given her an IV. If she was not eating, why didnt they let me know? I was very mad about the condition of my dog when I got her, now that I have gotten over it, I wanted to post this review so that others wont have to go through what I did.

After a pretty thorough search of local facilities, when we found Crossroads it was almost immediately clear that we had found the right place! Once our new puppy Derby adjusted to her new surroundings – she’s a very sweet, but timid dog – we saw a new side of her begin to come out. She’s always excited to “go see her friends” in the morning, and always super chipper when we pick her up; although getting her to leave sometimes is a challenge, because she wants to stay longer. Having your pet be super happy is a big bonus, but the facility is excellent too! They have great rates / packages, a very clean and open environment, wonderful grooming and medical services, and we cannot say enough about the staff!!! They are always upbeat, professional, kind / sweet, and we regularly find ourselves standing around in conversation, as they could not be any more friendly!! In one line, I would very comfortably say that “Crossroads is THE place to take your pet(s)!”

Worst experiences (about a years worth, maybe 6 visits) ever. The doctor is rude, interrupts, condescending and patronizing. This location is heavily driven by sponsorship, trying to push poorly rated brands of food. We were told we did not have PhDs in nutrition and we should not be questioning the experts. (We spent weeks researching brands of food for our dog and their ingredients, I do not have a PhD but I am not ignorant on this topic). This was the last visit and what really pushed us to find a new vet. Money is trivial IF they are good however the last visit crossed the line. With that said, they will try and bully you into several test for all sorts of random issues. We NEVER went with out the bill exceeding 500 dollars. There is no such thing as a check up here, not with out an extensive bill. For the record however they were nice to my dog, that I observed... But horrible with EVERYTHING else.

Since moving to the area 9 years ago, we have taken all of our dogs to Crossroads. We have used all their services: veterinary care, boarding, daycare, and grooming. We have been more than pleased with everything! The staff at Crossroads treats each animal like it is their own. It is a great place that I highly recommend.

This place deserves NO stars. The staff located at the very front desk are terribly rude. And for the facility and "care" this places offers it is completely over priced. Spare your fur children and your wallet. Highly recommend NOT taking your pets to this place. I certainly will never be returning again.

Great!!! I have been taking my dog the Crossroads for 4 years. She enjoys interactive daycare and boarding. We board most major holidays. She gets her vet work done while boarding and a bath. She always smells great. How wonderful it is to have everything done at once. I would recommend them to everyone.

Always great with our dogs, even though one is definitely out of her element and scared when we drop her off. They always welcome both of them by name! Also, it really helps our peace of mind knowing that theyre a vet as well.
