Well, I have been going to Animal Hospital for over a year for my cat Billy. They have always treated him like gold, took their time and explained everything to me. The bill has always been reasonable, and they are always understanding. I started taking my small dog there too, and they are wonderful with her as well. She got sick, and they were able to bring her right back to her perky self. Started bring my puppy (whom is in training to be a service dog) who is much larger (and has no idea how to obey at the vet) and they also treat Captain Jack Barkness just as well. Today, my S.O. brought our new kitten in with breathing troubles. They took their time, immediately put her on oxygen and ran tests. They found pretty severe worms, and treated her with steroids, antibiotics and oxygen, to stabilize her. Unfortunately on the drive home, my kitten stopped breathing. We returned to Animal Hospital to see if there was anything that could be done. Unfortunately our kitten had literally just dropped dead. Animal hospital was so compassionate.. they refunded part of the cost of the medication, they even did an xray as a courtesy to see what had been wrong, at NO cost. They even offered a free autopsy, which we declined. Turns out our kitten had a congenital defect.. there was nothing any of us could have done. We had only had her a few weeks, so there was no way anyone would have assumed it was anything but the worms. They kindly took her, wrapped her up in a small box and dark bag (so we didnt have to see) and gave her to us, with condolences. I cant thank them enough. They have saved my other two animals lives, multiple times, and they tried so hard to save my kitten, and were there to hold my hand as I cried when there was simply nothing we could do. Thank you, Animal Hospital, for making this easier.

Weve been going to Animal Hospital since we moved to the area a little over a year ago, for regular check ups and shots for our cat and two puppies. Ive always been pleased with their service, prices, and friendliness. Recently our cat was attacked by a dog, and after a harrowing night at the emergency vet in Nashville, we brought him back to Animal Hospital. They took such good care of him, showed us how to continue his care at home, and were simultaneously supportive of our efforts and frank about the seriousness of his condition and the possibility that he might not recover. For the next week, they fit us in to the schedule whenever we needed, took calls after hours, and did their best to keep him comfortable and give him the best chance at recovery. Sadly, our sweet boy gradually worsened, and when it became clear that further treatment would only prolong his pain, they helped us euthanize him. They were so kind and supportive. They helped us have one last week to say goodbye, and we are so thankful for that. Ive worked in healthcare for many years, and used to work in a vets office as well as volunteering with animal rescues in several states. Ive seen many providers caring for patients at the end of life, and the level of professionalism and compassion shown by the entire staff at Animal Hospital is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a loyal customer of The Animal Hospital for, wow, about 8 years. They are always incredibly helpful, whether it was making sure everyone was taken care of equally or helping me when one of my cats got out and ended up having to have a leg amputated (they even put a little heart on the bandage after her surgery...so cute!). They have let me do payment plans so I could take care of my animals even when I was blindsided by an expensive emergency. Now I take both my dogs there and will seriously never go to another vet. They love on my dogs every time they visit, take care of them completely and as if they were one of their own pets. My favorite thing though is that when there is something out of the ordinary happening with my animals, they dont act like youre an inconvenience when you ask questions. They will gladly tell you everything you need to know and even what you didnt know you needed to know! I love this vet so much, I have made my mom drive an hour and a half to get a second opinion here because I knew even if it was the same diagnosis for her dogs condition, they would give her a lot more information than anyone else! Absolutely fantastic crew of techs and vets and as I said, I would never go anywhere else!

I came to this vet clinic in complete tears on a Friday, knowing my puppy was going to die. I had taken her to another vet the day before and they told me she just had worms pretty bad, told me to give her a distemper/parvo shot and gave me a bottle of dewormer. Almost $100.00 and less than 24 hours later, my 14 pound 12 week old puppy was skin and bones and weighed about 12 pounds. She wouldnt walk eat or drink. Dr. Webb took us in and figured out that she has parvo. I was not sure if she would survive last night. They helped her so much, and this morning, she was sitting up in her kennel, still skinny, still weak, but sitting up with her tail wagging, which she has not done since Wednesday. They are miracles and the best vet clinic I have EVER been to... All of my animals will now be taken here, and cared for here. Dr Webb is truly a miracle worker, and I know that if I did not take my furbaby there, she surely would have passed last night. EDIT 1/19/13: It is around noon and first thing this morning they called me to see how my baby was doing. They had me come back in and give her more fluids. They are amazing people and I will not EVER go anywhere else.

My family has been going to Animal Hospital since Dr. Bens dad ran the place. The care has always been top notch and the entire staff, from the vets to the techs to the kennel workers, are just fabulous. I especially love that they work on your pet in front of you, and answer all of your questions while providing you with all sorts of information about what is going on. I had to have one of my cats euthanized several years ago and they were extraordinarily caring and compassionate; I even received a hand-written sympathy card in the mail a little while later. Recently they have helped me manage two of my cats with FLUTD. Every time I go in someone asks me how my babies are peeing! I have their emergency number in my phone and its no problem to meet one of them there on the weekend or after hours if one of my cats is blocked. They do not charge exorbitant prices, and are generally willing to let you make payments if needed so that your animal can receive the care it needs. You will not find a better clinic in Clarksville. Im not sure if youll find a better one, period!

This is the veterinarian I currently use. We have been with them since we moved here about a year ago. They are absolutely wonderful. The doctors are great, and the staff is so kind and accommodating. I always have to bring at least one of my two small children with me and they come right out to my car each time help me bring my dog in and get doors for us. I trust them explicitly with my dogs. I had to leave one of my dogs with them, due to an unexpected illness, over the holidays, while we were traveling. They kept me updated several times a day with how she was doing and what her test results were showing. She was the type of dog who was terrified of the vet and does not trust new people. By the time she left after her stay there she was best friends with everyone and with each visit afterward greeted everyone with a wiggly backside and kisses. This was absolutely unlike her and showed me just how much she grew to trust them. Id recommend this office to anyone and often have!
