NEVER COME HERE, especially in an emergency. This place took advantage of the fact i was upset that my pet had just died and that I was a young adult that had never been there before. My hamster had been really sick and the receptionist told me on the phone that they could squeeze me in. In the lobby of the vets office, the receptionist saw that my hamster was dying and kept saying it would just be another minute until we could see the doctor. My baby hamster ended up dying and when the receptionist saw me started getting upset and realized that my hamster was dead, then she rushed and pushed us to go back to see the doctor. The doctor inspected my dead hamster giving me no good diagnosis except that he could have had a tumor. After I walk out crying, the place charged me $30 for the exam of a hamster that was dead already. I told her I wasnt paying for a two minute exam on my dead hamster but she asked the vet for confirmation and told me that it was my choice to go back to the exam room and that it still counted as a charge. This was after she pushed us to go back the exam room knowing that my hamster had already died. It was clear that not only did the vet not seem very knowledgeable about the diagnosing the symptoms my pet had or what was wrong with his body, but this animal hospital only cared about getting money and taking advantage of people. If you have money to burn on crappy examinations and unethical people, come here. If not, pay the extra 20 bucks and go somewhere that can help your pet for your moneys worth.

Dr. Threadgill and staff were the nicest and most professional veterinarian clinic that I have worked with. We came today on an emergency, and they worked us in very quickly. Unfortunately, we had to put our fur baby down. However they listened to our concerns, gave us realistic options, and didnt financially take advantage of us by suggesting options that wouldnt be beneficial in the long run. They handled our dog with care, respected our feelings and gave us as much time to say goodbye as we needed. I cannot say enough good things about them. They truly made one of our worst days a little brighter and for that we are extremely grateful.

They are the kindest vets I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Im a college student and I dont make much money but I love my dogs and want them to be healthy and happy. I cant always afford the treatments but the Bryant Drive Animal Hospital staff are always patient and understanding. Theyre really willing to work with your budget and schedule. I feel this is the best place for my animals.

I boarded my dog and cat here more than once. The last time I did so, I witnessed two different workers handling my girls roughly. I dont do this to them myself, and dont tolerate others doing so. Also, they would not authorize PetMeds prescriptions, even though they are required by law to do so. We wont be going back.

Dr. Threadgill is par excellence in providing care to my sweet peek-a-poo Cece. He treats her with tender loving care and respect. He fully understands she is my baby. He is an excellent healthcare practitioner of Veterinary Medicine. The staff are also very kind. Kudos to Bryant Drive Animal Hospital.

my dog had parvo and the vet here tested him for it and he had all the symptoms but this vet didnt know he had it and acted like he didnt know what he was talking about most of the time. Luckly i took him to Mc Lendon Vet Clinic and his life was saved.

I told them my dog was bleeding and they said as long as get there before 5 I would be OK. So now Im rushing home from work to get my dog there. I get there at 4:30 and they didnt even attempt to look at him.
