They are super friendly, decently priced, extremely clean, and absolutely no upset animals. Not sure if you have been in many vet clinics, but that makes them an anomaly compared to what I have seen. Plus since they are a hospital and not just a clinic they can do major stuff and surgeries as well as basic procedures. If you chose a clinic without surgery capability and then you need something surgical done you have to take your pet to someone different who they are not used to and the people do not know your pet. Our neighbor used to work as a vet tech at the one on Warfield and was disgusted by their sanitation practices- if they were a human hospital they would be sued and shut down. They cut corners a lot on sanitation and care more about money then your pet. So I would NOT recommend them, plus they are pricey and when I called trying to interview clinics when we moved here, the receptionist was rude and uniformed. Consequently, after our neighbor no longer worked there she ended up having to take her lab to the vet to have surgery because it ate too much gravel and got a massive colon blockage, she took it to the family pet hospital at our recommendation and said she was extremely impressed with how clean and caring it was. She said when she went to the kennel area to see her dog after surgery the cages were immaculate and all the animals were fairly alert and happy, not stressed or whining. Our dogs loved it there, it was the first time we ever picked them up from the vet and they were wagging their tails and even licking the vet techs. Usually, they are stressed out and when we come back they start shaking as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We have been taking them there for 2 years and they love it.

Very disappointed! I have always had good service and they always seemed to have the best interest of my dog in mind until now. I took my dog in to have him checked out for throwing up randomly, when I picked him up that afternoon he was sicker than ever. Their reasoning was he was stressed out and just ready to go home. $250 to tell me he is stressed out!! The next day he was not any better, in fact he was worse. I took him back in an they finally acknowledged that he really was sick. They decided he needed to be hospitalized and gave me an estimate of charges for 1 to 3 nights, $400-$550. Well 2 days later after a mulitude of tests and medications I pick him up and hess not any better. My bill was $200 more than the estimate of charges for 3 days and like I said he only stayed 2. AND now that I am looking over the bill and researching the charges and medications I am realizing they gave him medicine for symptoms that I was told he did not have. I feel that have just wasted my money.

I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the staff here! I first brought my cat here as a kitten to be spayed but suddenly had to go out of town for a family emergency. I was very worried about my kitten and the staff was so wonderful, they called to tell me when she had been taken back for surgery, when her surgery was completed, when she woke up from anesthesia and how she was, and when my boyfriend had stopped to pick her up. They went above and beyond! They even called the next day to see how she was doing and when I had a question about her pulling out a suture, they seen her for free to check the incision. They are great!! They have a great online website for keeping up with your pets care and records, which you can personalize. Luckily I have not had to to see them for emergencies or illness as my baby has never been sick but Im sure they would still be great. LOVE this vet!!

I have had nothing but the best care for my fur baby here. He has been here a nunber od times with an appointment because i have found him bloody from chewing his hair off. Allergy to flee bites. They always fix him right up. Moved now dont have to worry about that. Now my baby Baylee got diabetes and went blind. We didnt catch his diabetes until he went blind over night. I thought i had lost him when my Dad grabed him that morning and ran out the door before i could get dressed. But he brought him home to me and said he will be ok because he knows where everything is. They have kept him on his insulin and check him and they treat him great. Knowing hes blind they talk to him and tell him what is going on. We get treat great and i see a lot of people come in there and they leave happy. We also use there grooming they have and have been pleased with them. Great choice if your looking for a Vet.

Its hard for me to believe that the overall rating is less than perfect. I looked a around and called multiple vets before making my choice and I must say I am extremely thankful I picked this place. I recently had my cat Hazel (Hazel Laser Eyes) fixed and chipped. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took their time explaining everything to me and what to expect during recovery. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer to them. Victoria and Jessica both were very friendly and professional they explained everything perfectly and made this much easier than I had anticipated. I also received a card in the mail as a follow up to check on Hazel and myself from Heather. I thank all 3 of you for confirming I made the right choice with intrusting you with baby Hazel. Called them and they said my visit would be $120. Verified services and charges. Made appt and at checkout it came to $161 for services (and a little more for additional meds totaling $191). Asked receptionist and she said whoever answered made a mistake and didnt even try to make it right, or say sorry. Instead just basically said whoever answered made a mistake and there is no way to find out who answered. Bad way to conduct business. I couldve gone to two other local vets for $89 and $109 but I chose this vet due to location and same day appointment. Save your money and go somewhere who appreciates their customers and doesnt make them feel like theyre accused of lying. We spend a ton of money at the vet and understand all have different pricing. But dont tell a new customer the price will be "x" amount when it is in fact much more.

Ive been taking my pets to this veterinarian since they opened in 2005. I have never been to a veterinary clinic that had a more welcoming and caring staff. The prices are reasonable (Ive checked around and all the places in this area cost about the same.) But, even if this place was double the cost, I would still use them. I love my pets and I love that they enjoy going into this clinic and dont ever seem to be afraid. The doctors are knowledgeable and never do any treatment without getting my approval first. They treat me like a family member, and not just a number, like so many of the other "cheaper-looking" places.
