Terrible business practice. Had an appointment for 5:20 p.m. Due to 5:00 traffic, being told wrong entrace at mall by appointment setter, and confusion on the check in process " you stand there with everyone window shopping till sales person assist where to go" I gotta to the "check in desk" at 5:40. Then told "I was 20 minutes late, and would not be seen that day because Dr. had a meeting." Yet when I scheduled a 6:00 was available as well. Appeartly scheduling is only for Drs benefit! I expect more from Lenscrafters on there selection of suppose professionals. Called corparate to find another location that has a Dr. that would like to have my $600 visit. What a shame I have to drive 60 miles to spending my money because of a lazy Dr. This crawles my skin! How many times have we as patience had to wait to be seen!

This lenscrafter is horrible. I have a one year warranty for any damage. Well I scratched my lenses so I went to have them fixed. They were super busy but I was polite and waited my turn and in return I figured they would have treated me right. I was wrong. They took my glasses and said give them an hour to have them ready. I gave them over an hour and when I got back my glasses were ready but the next few days have been aggravating. The dude didnt even put my lenses in correct so half the lenses are poking out and they fall off my face and are a huge mess. Dont go here!

I hate it here there was a lady who was being very rude to me she didnt even say her name or ask how can I help you she just said hello and when i tried to schedule an appointment she cut me off and said we dont open until 12:00 and I said ok and she didnt even say bye have a nice day.....that lady must be on her period or something because she dont have to take it out on other people....guys Im telling you if you hear an old lady with a witch voice just hang up because you are gonna waist your time talking to her ps. Just a little information.

We arrived early, were seen promptly. The new state of the art equipment at the Doctors office was wonderful. No dilation necessary, the equipment shows the doctor exactly what is going on in the eye, and the prescription process was very easy. My insurance coverage was explained as we signed in to see what lenses and options we could get with the glasses, and the glasses I received were done in an hour, they fit, and I see much better now. There was some waiting time getting the glasses, but the store was very busy.

Lenses are not propey placed in glasses. The Dr.s where great but the glasses lenses where poorly put in and made me sick, they told me its normal and its not so I took them back went up north to a different lenses crafters purchased the exact same glasses with the same prescription and the glasses are awesome I can see clearly and have no sickness from them. The lenses have to be placed properly exspesualy when the prescription has astigmatism.

We got our first eye exam and first pair of glasses here. We seen Dr. Lewis who wasnt horrible but not friendly. However the rest of the staff was great. You could probably get a better price somewhere else but we were happy with our glasses and service. A tip to anyone with strollers.. the office is not stroller friendly especially since I had a large double stroller! Also, they seem to keep a sale of 40% off kids frames

This was my first time using lens crafters. I came in as a walk in, and was seen very quickly. Everyone in the office were very friendly and helpful. They have the State of the art equipment and within an hour I had my new Glasses. I will most definitely be back and will send all my friends and family too.

Waiting extremely too long just to speak to someone. One lady was super slow and I could tell the girl that was working hard was new. I waited an hour just to get a price quote. Everytime I have came in here they are very slow. The optomistrist office was great on the other hand.

Service was amazing! I was late to my appointment and my daughter was seen in a polite and efficient way. They examed her and got her glasses in a timely manner. I was surprised because they were actually really busy....great service!

Just got off the phone, my question was answered and she just hung up. No good bye or cue that the conversation was over. Just this is it, and click. I have had dealings here in the past that were great but this interaction isnt ok.

They charged me $90 the doctor told me that my daughter was a liar and told me to go to Vanderbilt. The worst experience ever!!!!
