Im hoping this is an isolated issue...just want to share my experience. I brought my dog in for a spay due to the lowest price I could find. Overall, the dog did well and she is revcovering nicely. But...I found that the staff were very unfriendly and did not display a nurturing atmosphere. They took a dog on a leash without talking with me or the dog. Now...certainly she is just a dog...but she is not just a dog. She is a loved pet. A play mate for my girls. None of us were reassured that she would be fine so watching her be led away felt like watching her walk the green mile if you catch my drift. The office is dark and has a strong odor. THose things can be fixed. I returned for a suture removal. I missed my appointment and felt bad for that. But I was met with an attitude of inconvenience and was treated like I was totally ruining someones day by coming at the wrong time(which is not marked on the door that 1:00 is a bad time for a 15 second singular suture removal and that an individual would be handling the office alone). The person who did the suture removal displayed a rather impatient demeanor as I apparently was not an experienced dog wrangler and had to struggle pinning the dog in the proper position to do this. I apologized but I was told that morning to bring her in anytime and that it would only take 15 seconds so not to worry about it. This follow up didnt require an appointment anyway. I feel this needs to be addressed. When I made the appointment, the receptionist sounded so sweet and friendly over the phone. Obviously that was not the person who greeted me (or didnt greet me) the 3 times I came. Thank you for your time and for being proactive in addressing this hopefully isolated experience.
