Dr. Story and his staff are awesome!! Theyve always taken care of our pets. Were now fostering (to adopt) 2 senior Jack Russell terriers and we know we can count on Dr. Story to do his best for any fur baby we bring in to him. Everyone at Companion Animal Hospital is very knowledgeable and friendly and they will treat your beloved pet like their own. Companion Animal Hospital...you rock!!! We brought Penny in today to see Dr. Anderson. As always, the staff at Companion Animal Hospital offer the best care anywhere! Thanks guys

Our dog jumped out of the bed of our truck driving down the road at 5 oclock on new years day morning. No other vet would even respond to our messages needing urgent help... Accept Dr. Story at Companion Animal Hospital. He came out right away and performed surgery on my dog that very morning and saved her. They are professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced and was there for us when no others were. I highly recommend bringing your pets there for a health exam, to major surgery.

Everyone at Companion Animal Hospital is super nice and helpful, and my dog loves going there. Dr. Story is amazing. Hes incredibly knowledgeable, not just about dogs or animals in general, but even about the specific nuances of my dogs breed. I also appreciate that services, shots, and meds are affordable. I was so nervous about choosing the right vet when we moved to Lewisburg, and after 4 years seeing Dr. Story, I know we made the right choice.

I moved back to Dyersburg Tn (approximately 4 hrs away) but I continue to use Companion Animal Hospital in Lewisburg. Yes, I make that 4 hour trip any & every time my dog needs to go to the vet. They are the Absolute Best. I wouldnt have it any other way. The staff are polite, kind, extremely helpful & "GENUINELY CARE" Deanna & Melinda are just AWESOME. Love this place, Love the staff.

The staff here at Companion Animal Hospital are awesome...Brought my sick dog (Ringo) in without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving...They treated my dog with so much kindness....Wont go no where else.... I brought my Aussie in for surgery and a teeth cleaning!Dr.Story, Laurie, Heather, and the rest of the staff did an excellent job of taking care of him!! Had a great experience. Learned that Dudes cancer looks like it was gotten with the biopsy. He gets to live and die as an old man doggie. Hes wonderful and so are they. You can Trust your pets health to this vetrinarary hospital.
