First time patient with Dr. Culbertson and I am very pleased. I am a huge fan of their wall-hangings, the friendly and accommodating atmosphere, and the thorough and thoughtful work the doctor performs. They were willing to work with me on payments, helped me browse the frames, gave me trial contacts... I left my appointment feeling like royalty, and that is truly hard to come by these days. I will be continuing my relationship with this practice as I have no complaints whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend.

Late last year my glasses were destroyed in an outing with friends, and I was traveling to New York the next day. Fortunately, North Pointe Eye Associates was there to save the day--they were able to locate lenses, have them cut, and fitted them to me all within a matter of hours. I was able to travel to New York and conduct my business hassle free, thanks, in part, to North Pointe!

Dr. Culbertson has been taking care of my eyes for several years, and I have always had first rate care. His staff cares about the patients and about providing the best service possible. I especially like their cutting-edge technology with machines that can see into the eye without the use of dilation drops. That is a major plus for me.
