Staff Do Not Wear Gloves in Exam Rooms, They Always take 3 times as long as they say they need. Christina, Kathleen, and that Brittany girl are just the rudest up there not to be outclassed by Halie the director. Halie finds it professional to vulgarly berate employees in front of customers and guests. At my business, she wouldnt exist because she would have been fired the first time it ever happened. Its just a medicare farm with follow up appointments to the follow up appointments. Anything they can do to keep billing medicare.... They actually have staff members sign up for gmail and email addresses to leave good reviews everywhere they can to attract more people, including asking someone to sign up to AARPs website site forum to rave about it..... Disgusting Place Period

The two times Ive worked with Dr. Kahja, Ive left with so many questions and so much frustration. Each time, after waiting a very long time to be seen, she rushes through the appointment and gives short answers to my questions, I feel like I am bothering her for asking them in the first place. She has been very rude and does not treat patients with kindness. There are some positives: the very first time that I went, I was seen by Dr. Herman, who spoke to me like he truly cared about the well being of my eyes. Additionally, the technician Emilio is really kind and friendly. But overall the long wait and rude doctor are definitely enough to make me not come back, even though my issue has not been resolved. Also, they have accidentally double billed me on two separate occasions.

I have been trying to help a neighbor and friend with a number of physical problems. Her eye sight was and is a major problem. I called a number of ophthalmologist offices explaining that my friend was on Medicaid but really needed help. Vision Quest was the only one who would see her. Dr. Bentley and his staff and support persons were/are fantastic. An extremely thorough examination was done. Dr. Bentley prepared a prescription but also spent time explaining the condition of her eyes and what to expect in the future because of some head trauma she has sustained. My friend (Ms. Sneed) was treated with kindness and respect - and the resulting eye glasses make a very big difference in her enjoyment of life.

All personnel were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only problem I have had is with the accounting department. According to our insurance company, we should get substantial refunds for both of our cataract surgeries. We got a check for a few hundred with no documentation so that I could match it up with the insurance documents. After several phone calls and emails and getting no response, I realized that I never would. If I could just get a copy of the paperwork showing how they arrived at that amount, perhaps I could figure out what was left to address.

The staff are extremely welcoming and professional. Especially the extensively knowledgeable and professional medical staff. The Doctors know exactly what theyre doing and give no cause for worry. The office offers many procedures and has many specialties. I am greatly satisfied and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Khaja is one of the best doctors I know. As a patient who frequents a lot of clinics (unfortunately), I can definitely say she is one of my favorites. Explains things thoroughly, and goes well above and beyond to do the best that she can!
