I have been to countless eye doctors since I was ten years old and Dr. Stokol is the first one to ever make me feel like Ive found a doctor for life. He really sought to understand my entire history to treat my not only my vision to see close up and far away @ 20/20, but my glaucoma as well. For the fact that I have no medical or vision insurance, I was extremely delinquent in updating my glasses prescription, much less doing anything to control the pressure in my eyes. I was able to purchase my new lenses from him on a payment plan and use my old frames to save $$ And he referred me to the services available for non-insured folks like me for my glaucoma treatment. The personal follow-up and the care and concern shown by Dr. Stokol is far beyond the expectations I have every lain upon any doctor I have ever had.

If you are looking for an optometrist who really cares about his patients, Dr. Arnold Stokol is the man! I have seen other doctors in the past, but they were not as thorough as Dr. Stokol. He has another optometrist working for him and he highly recommends Dr. Andreane Fagala. She is wonderful with adults, but also specializes in pediatric optometry; therefore if you have a child 6 months or older, call and make an appointment to ensure your child does not have issues with their vision. They offer a variety of designer frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses, a one stop shop! As a person with 20 plus years customer service experience, he and his staff are the best!

I live in Wichita Falls, TX. My family and I were in Richardson for my Daughters Soccer tournament. Saturday Morning I woke up with complications with my left eye from a procedure that had been done earlier in the year. I was in severe pain and I could not get back to Wichita Falls to see my DR. After my wife called 8 or so other places Dr. Fagala and her team got me in to the clinic and took me straight back and was able to fix my eye enough to get me through the weekend and make it back home to see my doctor. I want to thank them all. They are GREAT!!!!

Wow - just... wow! I was a complete stranger, did a walk-in, got an appointment for a time within 48 hours. Then, they called and said they had an opening that was EARLIER in the day, should I want it. SERVICE! FANTASTIC! Then we get to the enrollment, eye exams, and review. Again - the staff were professional, timely, courteous, caring, and Dr. Fagala was cheerful and understanding. Ive found a new home for my eyes and their care. Did I mention how clean and quiet and just awesome the place was on the interior?

Visited them for the first time recently. The staff were wonderful, Dr. Stokol was wonderful was well. Detailed exam, friendly, great explanation of everything that was done and why it was done. My only complaint is the pricing of glasses and lenses - but that has more to do with my insurance (they were out of network for my EyeMed) and my own budget than the office itself. Overall, I would 100% recommend them for eye care based on my experience.

My whole family sees Dr. Stokol every year because of the amazing care we receive from him! Stokols specialty is "Therapeutic Optometrists" and the amount and quality of the testing of our eyes is sooooo far above anything weve received anywhere else. The entire team is professional in every sense of the word, the office is always clean, they run on time and value your patronage. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stokols business!

This office messed up and told me a different time appointment one time, and I missed the appointment THEY actually messed up and wrote down on the card incorrectly. I got sick the day before another appointment within two years, and I call now to make an appointment- and the office wants a $150 deposit "to ensure I go." What about me asking a $150 deposit for actually getting my appointments correct?

Dr Stokols office staff is extremely friendly. They provide the kind of customer service that I find very rare now. Dr Stokol is quite thorough and knowledgeable in addition to being personable. I will absolutely go back for future eye exams. Angie was so very helpful in helping me choose frames for my glasses. I actually enjoyed that experience with someone who seems to love her job.

The doctors are very knowledgeable but staff, specifically, Jessica was extremely rude. They quoted me one price during my visit and when I checked out, they charged me a significantly different amount than what I was told. Im still trying to find an answer but no one seems to know or theyre simply denying their mistake.

Agree completely with the previous reviewer. Excellent doctor. Expensive eyewear, The only thing I would add is there is pressure to buy their eyewear. They do an assumptive sale and take you immediately after your exam to select eyewear. You have to be assertive and tell them you plan to buy your eyewear elsewhere.

Dr. Fagala is excellent! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The office has the latest state of the art equipment to diagnose you properly. The entire staff is pleasant and welcoming. This by far is the best Optometry experience I have ever encountered.

Best optometrist that there is! Both eye doctors are extremely professional and the staff are friendly and professional. Furthermore the technology that they use is really cool such as using a machine to check your retinas in order to avoid having to dilate your pupils.

I have been going to Dr. Stokol my whole life, he corrected my amblyopia at age 10 and now at age 29 I have no persisting issues and dont even wear glasses or contacts I would highly recommend him to any individual or family looking for high quality eye care.
