I have taken 4 of my dogs recently. 1 had to be neutered and a tooth removed. 2 have heart worms and 1 has pulmonary fibrosis. Dr. Donna Kay is very sweet and through, and makes her professional recommendations for treatment without pressuring me about anything. Shes conservative but does keep the patients best interest in mind when diagnosing and prescribing meds. She will consult specialists if she feels a second opinion is necessary. She cares about saving the parent money and does suggest different options for treatment if necessary. I really feel that my babies are in the best of hands with her. All the staff is very sweet, kind, caring, and are not pushy at all. Ive walked in at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and she will see my baby before closing for the day. I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Donna Kay and her caring staff.

We cannot begin to describe the dedicated care that Dr Donna Kay Hall and her team has given our little guys & our grandkitties. The countless times shes has saved Lil D when hes been so, so sick. We were so worried he wouldnt make it through the night but, Dr Hall along with her team seem to work their magic to pull him out of danger. Believe me our animals have made it a challenge for her. Will Rogers said Veterinarians are the smartest doctors alive. They have to know their field of medicine because their patients cant tell them where it hurts. I still am amazed that Dr Hall diagnosed Lil D with pancreatitis and managed to save him. If you are looking for a vet to take your four legged children to me & my husband Dan highly recommend Dayton Veterinary Clinic, Dr Donna Kay Hall & Dr James Hall & their team.

Well, I didnt even get pass the woman answering the phone. Very rude, and very anxious to get me off the phone. Just wanted to know if I could post a found dog paper in their office. She pretty much hung up on me. I will tell all of my friends and family to stay away from this veterinary clinic. If the person who answers the phone is rude, then, how is the rest of the staff?

I am a senior in high-school and a potential Ag teacher, I only go to Mr. Halls vet with my livestock animals and my household animals. He and his wife not only do a very nice and clean job, but they also teach you what he and she are doing and how to do it. I am very proud to call Mr. Halls vet home vet!

This was the first time I visited this vet and we were very pleased the Doctor has so much passion for the animals and the staff was so professional and pleasant, I will not take my pet to any other vet in this area this location is the best, if you to take your pet to a caring vet this is the one.

Mr. and Mrs. Hall are by far some of the best vets around the Houston area. I know people who travel from all over to bring their horses and animals to them. They are caring, knowledgeable, and prices are good. We have gone to other vets with our heeler and Mrs. Donna knows how to handle her.

The staff is great but, the lady with the answering service is a bit rude when asked questions. So, I give it 3 stars. How do you expect to build your business when the first person you talk to is rude and anxious to get off of the phone with paying customers?
