Staff was irritated with me bringing my cat in right before closing. Online it said they closed later than they actually do apparently. Ok. I asked for help getting him inside, and they wouldnt help. (Although a sign is in the parking lot saying they will help bring your animal in). They said the only way they would treat him was if I brought him in myself within 5 minutes. Seems as if they had an attitude with me for not knowing my kitty had an infection/fever. How was I supposed to know this though? Obviously the reason why Im bringing him in is because I dont know whats wrong with him. Im thankful that they were able to treat him last minute, but I feel like they could have a little more hospitality. I understand you are tired, and ready to go home at 12pm. The attitudes werent necessary. Definitely will not be bringing my cat back to this clinic.

Long time happy staffers who take time to get to know your animal. Medical care was always spot on. I used mainly for boarding service which was personalized and reasonably priced.

Allway ,gives my little dog the best of care & makes her well. Dr Sipos is awesome with her. Been going there since early 90s & 4 different Dogs . Love Dr. Sipos!!
