Itzy Dog

I made an appointment for a exam for my dog today. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. She automatically sat me and my dog in a room. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like urine. My dog started shaking and whimpering. My dog has been to lots of vet visits before in other offices. She was accustomed to going to the vet. She has never behaved like that before. A vet-tech names Jason came in to weigh and check her temperature. As soon as Jason walked in my dog started to shake harder. He cleaned the scale with a bottle labeled hydrogen peroxide. Which I did not think that was to sanitary because the scale looked really dirty and needed something stronger to clean it with. My dog was shaking and whining as he checked her. My dog was making a fuss she was trying to pull away from him. As he left the room I told the receptionist that I was not going to finish the appointment because my dog was to scared. Bottom line the place seems unsanitary and gives off a bad vibe to cause my dog to be so scared.

I had just moved into Desoto and I pass by everyday. I thought I would call and talk to them first before taking my dog there. I called and wow very nice answered all my questions and didnt rush me off the phone. I went ahead and set the appointment and they gave me the day I wanted I could drop her off on my way to work and pick her up on my way home. Perfect. I was worried about my dog because she was matted up and I needed someone special. When I got there I was able to talk to the groomer and she told me how she my dog did. I was so happy to find out she did good. The best news was how the groomer took her time with my dog. Took care with her. When I pick up Twilight my dog she was happy not in pain and not scared like she had been before at other places. I would recommend Willow Brook Animal Hospital. I will be taking Twilight back again.

Will Brook Kennels has always done a great job in taking care of my Roxy dog, and I have come here for years. However, this last stay had to be the best ever. Not only was the staff friendly and attentive to Roxy, but the on-site manager, Rhonda, was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that Roxy was accommodated for, as a "senior" dog, and that I was comfortable with leaving her. What really impressed me even more, was the way that she treated other clients and their pets. She is compassionate, a clear communicator, and has a way of helping the pet owner to feel content with leaving their pet at the facility. I can not imagine using a different facility, they truly are amazing!

We boarded both of our dogs at Willow Brook last week and had an excellent experience!! Not only were the staff pleasant, interactive and caring towards us and our animals, they also sent us pictures of our dogs during the week to keep us updated on their status. It helped so much to see our sweet dogs having a good time and looking not only healthy but happy. We will definitely use this facility for all of our pet needs. We also had our dogs groomed before we picked them up and the groomer did a fantastic job as well! Thank you Willow Brook for taking care of our animals so well! I have dealt with Dr Pippin and his staff for years. They are so personable and dont leave you waiting in a room forever. They take care of my animals when they are in for their first visit at 8 weeks until its time to go to heaven. We all know they are a part of the Family too and they do too. No complications and they groom well too! I also use their kennels anytime I go out of town for an extended time. They play with them and walk them. They even have their own condo for the cats upstairs with a TV and an aquarium. They really care for OUR PETS! Thank you so much Willow Brook!

We have taken our fur kids to Willow Brook Animal Hospital ever since they opened on Hampton Rd. We have never had anything but a positive experience beginning with the front desk to the expert care given by each of the veterinarians who were or are located there. Both Drs. Barfield and Pippin who are in-house the last few years have taken such excellent care, explained every detail and shown empathy. I would recommend Willow Brook Hospital to anyone who needs the kind of experience and care available there.

I highly recommend Willow Brook Animal Hospital. They care for the animals and the staff members are amazing. We went to a emergency vet the couldnt give us any answers of what was wrong with our dog. So the next day we went to Willow Brook and they did test and everything they could to find out what was wrong with him and they did :) We were thrilled that they were able to treat and help our fur baby. I could not thank them enough for the amazing job they did.

My experience with Willow Brook has been just wonderful from the staff to the doctors. All of the front desk personnel have been tremendously involved and helpful. I cant tell you how much guidance I have received from them! The techs are caring as well as efficient and the the doctors have helped my dogs through the years with their expertise along with compassion. The whole office has been reliable and efficient. Just a great animal care facility!!!

We have two cats and over the past several years have made several well-pet visits to Willow Brook, as well as one visit for a surgery. We have been very pleased with the service each time. We are greeted when we arrive, checked in promptly and have never had to wait more than just a few minutes for our scheduled appointment. The staff are pleasant and easy to work with, and they are very kind and caring with their furry patients. We love Willow Brook!

Dr, Pippin and all of the staff are incredible. We have seen Dr. Pippin through three of our dogs lives and now we have been adopted by another dog. Our oldest, honest, was 35, the next 23, and the next 18. We are so thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Pippin and his co-workers in keeping our Cecil, a dachshund, live a happy, healthy life. Kudos to Dr. Pippin and all the people who work there!

I was told about Willow Brook Animal hospital through the rescue service where we found our Ms. Briley. The staff and Dr. Pippin are just wonderful. Ms. Briley isnt the most willing patient and they take there time, and with lots of patients take care of all her needs. I would recomened Willow Brook to anyone who is looking for a fur baby doctor to take care of all there needs with tons of love and attention.
