Ive been taking my pets to Valwood Animal Hospital for many years. The tech vets have been there a very long time and I treasure my relationship with Missy, Wendi and Michelle very very much. They have always been attentive, affectionate and caring with my pets. Anytime Im in their clinic, they always ask how each of my little ones are doing. And I appreciate the follow up calls they make to check on my pet after treatment or procedure. Dr. Yakel is very kind and a good listener. I trust her knowledge and expertise in how to treat my little ones. I highly recommend entrusting the care of your pets to Valwood Animal Hospital, and I have referred others to them.

With Dr. PENDRY not there the prices are completely unaffordable. They were very expensive then but now I will be surprised if you keep any of your senior citizens. We cant afford it. When my cat was declawed I was sent home with all kinds of meds that never had with Dr Pendry. I was supossed to have an appointment but it was not on the books. Took over 2 hours to see Dr. On following Monday cat has a very swollen & painful paw. No Dr showed up so I had to take him elsewhere. Was seen within 10 mins very affordable & I will be taking my cats there from now on. I had been with Dr Pendry for nearly 30 years.

Dr. Pendery has cared for our pets for years. He is a wonderful veterinarian and person. He and his staff are professional, caring and always go "the extra mile". We feel like we are treated as family and that our pets have always received the very best care. Our pets are treated with respect, as are we. As with most dog lovers, we have rescue animals, whom we have cared for through their entire lifetimes. Dr. Pendery and his staff have been there with us. They are wonderful with geriatric dogs, which we especially appreciate.

We take our two dogs and cat to this vet, he is so wonderful. He has a gentle touch with them that keeps them calm, and has reasonable pricing. Hes very honest, doesnt try to upsell so I know that when he says theres a problem, there is a problem. The previous clinic would try to sell me on all kinds of things, thats why I switched to Valwood. The receptionist can be a little brusque but the doctor is just wonderful. Have been taking my babies here for 4 years now and never looked back.

My cat, Little Man, was diagnosed as a diabetic about six-months ago, and I have been taking him here ever since. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and are obvious animal lovers. They seem determined to help me save money, which is a big plus when taking care multiple animals. All in all, I trust Valwood Animal Hospital with my animals lives, and wouldnt hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Just moved to TX - had an emergency and found this place. Since then, weve had all of our dogs in and have been pleased. Everyone is friendly and the prices are very fair. They pay a lot of attention to the dogs and give them plenty of treats.

By far the worst veterinary experience ever. The lady was so hateful, if you dont do every single thing she tells you to do shell verbally rip you to shreds. I went in for a rabies shot, but i am never going back there under any circumstances.

Excellent staff they treat u like family. My cat has had a skin issue for going on 3 years and we have been to at least 4 different vets and Valwood animal hospital is working on it. My cat is doing so much better. No more itching
