In the past I have been impressed with this veterinary office but have recently had very poor service from the reception staff, being extremely rude. Since relocating to the new building the communication has been poor and the prices have gone up exponentially. I drive from San Antonio and take both of my dogs to this office; the last time I took my dogs in, the staff stated there were "no vaccinations necessary at this time." It would have been nice to know this at the time of scheduling before I drove all the way from San Antonio, that was after receiving a card in the mail saying there were vaccinations due. I will no longer be going to this vet, the service is not worth the drive anymore.

Dont take your cats here. I read reviews and so many people told me to go here. Took my cat here for a clean and clip on her wound and some shots. They charged me $111. Ridiculous. I wont be coming back. The staff had no idea what they were talking about. They all had different information and after all of that my cat didnt get a single shot. The morning receptionist was amazing but they forced me to leave my cat for hours after telling me it wouldnt take that long. Service was horrible in the afternoon. The kid stocking and cleaning the shelves was the nicest individual in the place. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

What a pleasant experience. As a knowledgeable dog owner. I came prepared with my records. The staff was terrific ! They are knowledgeable and polite. They do not overcharge for their services. Reminds me of the old country vets, that use common sense to treat your pets . That is a rare find in todays market where it is common to make separate charges for every test (most not even needed) . You wont pay a fortune to bring your pets here. What you will get is quality care for your pet. Your pocketbook, your pet and yourself will all be happy.

We would not take our dogs anywhere else or any other vet. The staff is friendly and like family to us and our dogs. Prices are very reasonable. Saved one of our dogs from three snake bites by informing us of the rattlesnake vaccine, chances are without it she might not have made it. They do have bordatella vaccine, we just went on a trip and thought we might have to kennel the dogs and so we quickly took them to get the vaccine, it took less than two minutes.

So disappointed in the greed. We took our rescue that adopted us a little over a year ago to be euthanized. Poor fellow was in terrible shape when he found us. He was obviously suffering and needed relief, but rather than do what we ask, they do an xray and an exam that resulted in what we already knew. The $50 euthanasia ends up costing $180. Avoid this place. The care they show is insincere.

Love this vet and their prices! The Dr.s take such good care of each pet as if it were their own. We had a minor emergency over a weekend once and had the Dr. return our call within 10 minutes and he talked us through our nerves and a temporary treatment until w could get in to the office the following Monday. He was patient and kind. All my furbabies are seen here!

I will not take my dog anywhere else! The staff is AMAZING!! I noticed on a previous review someone stated that they do not do bordatella vaccines which is not true, I got one for my dog a month ago before I boarded her. Also, they do check for parasites and I have never had an issue with them not writing prescriptions. Just thought I would clear that up!

Very friendly staff, and have always done a good job, but the last vet I saw, I cant remember her name was very rude and told me a study put out by Purina about hip dysplasia being increased by early spay and neuter (which included all the studies and everything) was a total lie. The main vets are awesome though

Fantastic clinic!!!! My cocker spaniel had liver failure, and Dr. Megan saved his life. Wouldnt trust my babies to anyone else but here. Great prices, and super friendly staff.
