DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of the reviews. But ALWAYS trust the reviews. I get there the place smells of dog piss and cat piss, the receptionist was grumpy and had a attitude with everybody who walked in the door. She didnt speak or say I will be with you in just a minute very RUDE. I get to the back with the vet and explain to her what services I needed for my baby she kept interrupting me asking to clip my dog nails.She left me and my dog unattended and didnt let me know anything. I left before my dog was even given a exam. I was trying to tell her my baby had allergies and was having a skin problem. I think this is a family owned place and if they keep going this rate they will never rise above 2-3 star ratings GUARANTEED. It was a complete waste of my day.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , NOT ONCE DID THEY TRY TO MAKE ME COME IN FOR MONEY CHECK UP. TOLD ME WHAT TO DO TO FIX MY PROBLEM . IF THAT DOESNT WORK I WILL BE COMING IN FOR A CHECK UP . I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE LADIES.

The staff is great but the owner Ms. Shaw has the worst attitude! If she doesnt want to be there she should retire and let somebody else handle it for her. Thats the only reason I "hate" coming to the vet is because of her nasty attitude!!!!

THE VET ACT AS IF HE DIDNT WANT TO TOUCH MY DOG. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY... HE DID APPEAR A LITTLE SLOW, N HAD A VERY NASTY ADDITUDE.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THE ANIMAL HOSPTIAL TO ANYONE..... THE VET SUCKS!!!!
