We found a young puppy wandering on FM 529, and after trying to find her owner without success, we decided to keep her. Unfortunately before we had a chance to get her shots, she came down with parvo She is a small terrier mix. Crossroads were wonderful. They took very good care of her. The doctor always called me back when I inquired how she was doing. They let me visit, even though she was in isolation( I am a nurse and noted their isolation set up for her), it was very similar to isolation in our hospitals, and the technicians were very professional. She was clean and receiving IV antibiotics and IV fluids. Her cage was large was also clean and smelled fresh. I observed other animals in the general population and noticed the same attention and care being given to them. She was there for 5 days. She is doing fine I will be taking her there to get shots and spayed soon. Excellent pet care. Good job Crossroads!

We recently moved to North Arlington and did not have a local vet. When my dog started having trouble walking, I looked up Crossroads, read the reviews and gave them a call. The ladies at the front desk were great, the Veterinarian was also great and very thorough, explaining to me exactly what was wrong as well as the steps involved for his healing process. I also found out they do grooming and it was cheaper than where I had been taking him so this was a great bonus. My only complaint was that they told me they would call the next day to check on him and see how he was doing with the medications. I never received a call the next day or even after two weeks which was the amount of time I was told to leave him in a crate or small area to give his back time to heal. That was disappointing but overall, my experience was very good.

I moved here in January, 2016. I have never seen a more kind, friendly and well equipped facility. And, on a selfish note, if you make an appointment, you dont have to wait for hours in the waiting room to be seen (unless its a critical emergency, in which case youre seen right away when possible). This is the best animal clinic I have seen and the prices are quite reasonable. Coming from Shaker Veterinary Clinic in Albany, New York prior to this, which was also a very good clinic but it was more expensive and had MUCH more traffic. I dont like going into a lobby with 10 other dogs all barking and running around. I also dont like waiting. I have not experienced any of these problems at Crossroads and I believe the doctors as well as the staff are a clear cut above the average clinic.

This is NOT the place to go! There are so many things I can say about this place but the most important reason why Ill never go back is they gave my Maltese the wrong shot because they got the files mixed up. Even though they have pictures! They told me she needed a rabies shot and I said no, I dont think so, but they insisted. So ever trusting, I agreed. When I went to pay the bill, they realized they had pulled the wrong file! Unbelievable! Ive told them time & time again, that I thought something was wrong with my other Maltese leg. One doctor just told me dont let her gain weight. Theyve examined her several times. But have yet to come up with a solid recommendation. I will never go back and neither should you. All they care about is $$.

I rescued a 3-4 week old kitten from underneath a car. Her lower lip had sustained some sort of trauma and was really infected. I put the kitten in box and headed toward the vet. They were extremely helpful, and understanding. Dr. Tinc saw the kitten and perscribed some much needed antibiotics. The next day I recieved a follow up call, and then again a week later to check the progress of the kitten. The kitten recovered fabulously! Everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic. I know I will be visiting again, because I decided to adopt the kitten :)

The staff here is W O N D E R F U L. I have left my little 15 pound dog there for a week and felt VERY comfortable. The site is clean, the doctors are wonderful. The prices are comparable to any doctor AND they never make me do unnecessary procedures or push the most expensive way to handle treatments. Everyone I have ever spoken to who were clients (owners of their animal patients) also felt the same. I really feel good about seeing Dr. Tinc especially. He is so kind and patient with explaining everything and he doesnt rush you unnecessarily. I love this place.

My puppy had surgery elsewhere the Thursday before "Harvey and required her sutures to be removed on Friday after Harvey. Her regular vets office was closed due to flooding so Crossroads was willing to remove her sutures even though she was not an established patient. They said they wanted to help as much as they could because they knew many vet offices were displaced because of the flooding. The staff made me feel very welcomed and treated my fur baby with lots of care. Their compassion during this time of need has earned my business with them permanently!

While I love Dr. Cynthia Aswad and would follow her to another clinic if she left. But after the last experience I will not be returning, The office manager Sheila Burger is the rudest woman I have ever meet. Per the Dr if we needed help she would help, but the Sheila and another office worker I spoke to on Monday were just cold and heartless. Nicholas is the only one I care for as with the Dr Aswad. Going to pick my babies records up today. Sorry Dr Aswad, but I will no longer be using Cross Roads : ( Julie Treasure, Roscoe and Breezes mom!!!!!

Mr. Mickey is in the finest care at Crossroads. He is a 17 year old Sheltie and gets care for everything from his pancreatitis to clipping his nails. What I really like is the thorough manner in which they talk to you after an exam. They review a sheet with pricing from the simplest things to the most complex on the total cost before they do anything AND they tell you which ones you really should do now. When cash is tight, I sincerely appreciate that fact. I have been taking cats and dogs there for over 19 years!
