I have never felt like I couldnt trust the people who are supposed to take the best care of my animals until today. They made me feel like a terrible dog owner and like my dog was not worth treating. Please, for the sake of your pets, dont put them through this experience. The lady at the front desk is the best thing about this office. The vet techs and vet herself are some of the most unhelpful, demeaning and aggressive people I have come into contact with. The few times that my dog has been here, I have simply dropped him off for shots. This time, I brought him in and stayed with him, as he is having a more serious issue. After not making any effort to make my already stressed dog feel comfortable, once we walked into the treatment room, the vet tech took my dogs leash out of my hand and began dragging him to the back, completely disregarding me. I really didnt understand why she was bringing him back there, but before I could ask she had already shut the door. Knowing that my dog, like many dogs, can get a bit aggressive if he doesnt know someone and is made to feel threatened, I was a bit uncomfortable. Through the door, not only could I hear my dog whining and protesting, the two vet techs were saying some very poor things about my dog and myself. On top of that, I could hear them being rather aggressive with my poor pup, dragging him around and yanking on his collar. Once they brought him back in the room, the tech told me that my dog wouldnt let them take a temperature or pick him up to get on the scale. I asked her why they hadnt just done it in the room with me or at least let him get somewhat acclimated with the people who were trying to manhandle him, to which she didnt respond. Despite my asking several questions, the tech just stood there and stared at me like I was incompetent. After I pressed her, she simply told me my dog had snapped at one of them and they wouldnt treat him unless he was sedated or had a muzzle. I once again asked her why they hadnt tried to prevent such behavior by making the dog feel comfortable. After all, every time I bring my dog in, Ive let them know that he can be this way when he feels like he is being threatened in some way. Regardless, I made an attempt to muzzle him. They gave me a muzzle that was clearly too small for him, and when I asked for a bigger one, the tech blatantly lied and told me that was the largest one they had and I would have to make it happen. After some protest from my dog, I finally was able to slide it on, but it didnt fit. She just told me tough luck. At this point, I asked if I could at least speak to the vet to get a recommendation of what to do, even if they werent comfortable treating him. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, the vet came in and told she wouldnt even look at him from afar unless I muzzled him. This time when she brought the muzzle out, she acknowledged the one they had originally given me was for a small dog. She gave me another one, I put it on with ease and yet again, she began pulling him back to the back so hard that it was choking him. I still dont understand why they would rather than simply treating him in the treatment room. In the midst of her essentially strangling my dog, the muzzle fell off because this time it was too big. At this point, my dog vomited. I finally felt too bad to try and put him through anything else and said we would be driving the four hours to see our old vet. If you are like me and your animals are your kids, do your fur baby a solid and stay away from this vet clinic.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS MANs CARE! I have a very outgoing friendly boxer. Never meets a stranger.. shows no fear (except to thunder) and is thrilled to go to the vets because then she gets attention and treats. We had always been ok with the care provided by Easton, but something changed. The last two visit were with an older doctor. I brought her in to have a broken toenail removed (she had SLO. and autoimmune disorder that attacks a dogs toenails.) The doctor was visibly annoyed that i would not allow him to upsell me on procedures and services. I wasnt real thrilled with that visit but they take the Care Credit Card which is how i finance unexpected medical costs for my dogs. So a few months later when i noticed she was getting clumsy and saw that she was missing muscle mass on her back right leg i was concernced. My husband brought him in and called after saying. xray doesnt show anything, he said take rimadyl and come back in 15 days. he also went on to say he really did not like the place because the doctor was so rough with her. So i decide to find another vet to look into the leg and when we bring her in she is terrified to go into the back.. she has never been afraid of vets and vet techs.. follows them willingly and happily.. tail up and head high.. here.. she was pulling at the leash and trying to stay with us.. WHAT the hell did they do to make her behavior change so drastically. I have never seen her react like that and would really like to know what you guys did to my dog in the back that made her react like this! The new vet got the xrays from here.. looked her over and said.. this is very concerning.. i would recommend an MRI. we scheduled the MRI as soon as we possible and got the bad news.. it was cancer.. it had reached the spine.. and because of that it was not curable. I am forever going to wonder if i hadnt wasted my time with this animal abuser if i could have gotten to an mri sooner and had more options. I hope anyone who reads my review of this place RUNS to find a different vet. Before your dog is abused, learns fear and has their care delayed and forced to be put down.

There are not more caring people on the planet than Raven and the Dr.s at Easton Commons.. They have been guiding the care of our 10 year old, 4-legged baby girl, Lola (we have 4 human sons). Lola had a horrible abscess in her upper jaw that actually split the flesh on her cheekbone on the outside. They turned a most awful day for me into an experience that assured our family that we provided Lola the absolute best care. We cant thank them or praise them enough. I was devastated and scared for my pet as if she were my child! As Lola was taken into the exam room to receive treatment for her pain, (I chose not to go into the exam room) I was comforted and relieved of mine by the precious lady at the desk, Raven (do not know last name). While the Dr was attending to Lola, Raven was comforting me and coassionatley explaining that Lola would be okay and she was in the best of hands ... I feel we both were!! We found Easton Commons due to a relocation but because of the level of care by the Drs and by Raven comforting me, Lola and I left a tragic experience with a positive outcome provided by Dr and tech, Raven. In the event we relocate again, Easton Common will be her provider as long as the same loving, caring staff remains!! I cant thank you or give gratitude to Raven for making me feel like we were best friends and hugging away my fears! You are the BEST!! A simple review does no justice to the level of care and genuine concern Raven & Easton Commons has for their clients and understand they are much loved members of our families. #LifeTimeClient #RavenRocks
