If you care about your pets, please read. Ill try to be brief. We were keeping a dog that had been treated at Tracy a week or two before, so we knew he wasnt in perfect health, but there hadnt been any major issues. Ill spare you the long details, but by night #2, we knew he wasnt doing well. Its not our dog, and he is getting worse, so we thought the best thing to do would be to take him to his vet and board him for observation and tests (BTW, we also have a dog, so this isnt our first rodeo). Not only was the staff inexplicably rude when we brought him in, they did not care at all what we had to say about his deteriorating health...at one point the woman we were trying to relay symptoms to turned around and left the room! Mid-sentence! No, she was not going to get the doctor and, no, she was not listening. The best we can figure is that while we were in full crisis mode (and late for work), she thought shed check on something in the supply closet. The information we were trying to give her may have been helpful since we just found out (after 3 minutes at another vet) the dog was misdiagnosed. I realize that diagnosing a dog can be difficult and that our experience is anecdotal, so I wouldnt rip on the doctor just for that. However, the staff reflects the doctors disposition and the utter indifference to what we were trying to tell them ultimately falls on the doctor. Good luck to the pets of those people who rated this place five stars.

Tracy Animal Hospital has been our primary pet care provider for 15 years. I think Dr. Tracy is the perfect example of what a vet should be. The staff has always seemed to be caring and concerned and have listened patiently while I have whined or cried about various pet crises over the years. They even took in our 5 newborn kittens one time, fed them and kept overnight (no charge) when our momma cat became seriously ill and had to have emergency surgery. I was frantic and Kim volunteered her services just so I could get some sleep and not worry so much about trying to feed these tiny kittens around the clock to make sure they survived without mom for a few days. I always get a kick out of the cats that roam freely in the office. it is, after all, an animal hospital. I think these friendly, well cared for animals are rescues, proof that this is a caring staff.

I rescued a kitten about 6 weeks ago. Ive had her in to see Dr. Tracy about 3 times in the last 5 weeks (two times were me being a worry wart). Dr. Tracy and his vet tech were great with my kitten (and did their best to ease my concerns). They talked to her to ease her fear (if youve ever taken an animal to the vet, youll know they dont like it and theyre scared). The doctor and the tech explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and what the results were. I got to meet Dr. Tracy the first time I took my kitten in (and every time thereafter). I have a friend who took her cat to the vet for the first time to get the cat spayed and she never met the vet. Ive been very, very pleased with everyone at the Tracy Animal Clinic from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor. I would definitely, definitely recommend Tracy Animal Hospital.

I have gone to Dr. Tracy for many years and used to recommend them but I cannot after my last experience. Many of their employees dont seem to be very companionate or caring like they have in the past. I left a message for Dr. Tracy to call me and no one ever gave him the message or called me back to say he could not be reached. I feel his exam of my dog was not thorough and she was suffering from kidney failure, not a virus. Even though she was old, he did not seem concerned that she had lost 25% of her weight since her last visit and did not even mention running blood work. My dog had two endure a couple of miserable days until the correct diagnosis was received and she had to be euthanized. This was actually the first time she had been ill, so I am not sure if this is an isolated case but we were disappointed in the care received.

Beware-Dont go If you care about your pets or even yourself, dont go here. When you walk into the building, there is an odor that cant be described. The animals mainly cats roam around the building. The receptionist does not do her job. She is off doing unnecessary things while customers are there. When I came in with my dog. She lacked knowledge of animals and skills in customer service. She was plain rude and inconsiderate so I decided to leave since the staff reflects doctor.

Dr. Tracy has been our familys vet for about 15 years, maybe more! He has treated many of our dogs and cats throughout the years. My dog recently was diagnosed with Addisons disease, and Dr. Tracy has done everything he possibly can for her. He is a sincere, well educated doctor that is there for you and your pet. He has a great treatment plan for her, and she is expected to live a normal and happy life!

Well, I went to Tracy Animal Hospital for some time I had no problems at first, other than the staff being rude. I put my year old pup in their kennel for five days and he came back with kennel cough so bad we had to put him down. The doctor was polite and cordial and dont get me wrong he is a good vet. But, with all the chioces in the area I strongly suggest going elsewhere!

Doctors and Staff have been wonderful . We bring both of our Dobermans here and we are always treated professionally by this very caring practice. It took us a while to find a vet that we could trust and since we have found Tracy Animal Hospital, we will never go any where else! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Dane and Jax!

I have taken my dogs here for years. I have always had good service. The staff has never been rude to me. They are out of my dogs flea medicine a lot of the time but I think they are great.

I called to get records on my pet and I was asked by Kelly if I could call back in 5-10 min. How rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life had anyone handle a customer in this manor.
